摘要： The present disclosure relates to a drying apparatus for a powder raw material for manufacturing a secondary cell with an electric heater. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of independently controlled heaters are mounted on a main body of an apparatus in which a plurality of heating regions are defined, and the temperature deviation of the internal chamber can reduce by providing the amount of heat supplied to each heating region through the control of the plurality of heaters. The main body of the apparatus includes a cylindrical portion in which the powder raw material is accommodated and sidewalls on both sides of the cylindrical portion, and by installing heaters on the cylindrical portion and the sidewalls, respectively, the entire region defining the main body of the apparatus can be evenly heated.

摘要： A wind permeation-type dryer capable of scraping material has a cavity and includes a heating assembly. The experiment cavity and a dropping cavity; the experiment cavity is located above the dropping cavity. The heating assembly communicates with the experiment cavity or the dropping cavity. The cavity is provided with a sieve tray assembly therein for placing materials. The assembly is provided with a rotating scraping assembly provided thereabove for scraping and flattening the materials on the sieve tray assembly. The rotating scraping assembly includes a rotating drive piece, a scraping sheet, and a rotating rod, wherein one end of the rotating rod is connected to the rotating drive piece and the other end of the rotating rod is connected to the scraping sheet adjacent to the sieve tray assembly. The rotating drive piece drives the rotating rod to rotate so as to drive the scraping sheet to rotate together therewith, such that the materials contacting the scraping sheet is scraped and flattened. The device has an automatic sample flattening function, ensuring the uniformity of sample drying and increasing a working efficiency.

摘要： A system and method for treating solid waste includes a trommel screen and a composting unit. The trommel screen includes an inlet hopper and a rotating screening drum, which can be equipped with internal channeling members and bag rippers with blades. A composting and/or dewatering apparatus has a vessel portion, a cover portion and an internal auger. The apparatus includes a plurality of openings along its vessel portion to permit a volume of liquid from within the composting apparatus to be eliminated. The composting/dewatering unit can also include a sleeve member along the outside of the vessel portion. In one embodiment, waste items passing through the screening drum of the trommel screen are conveyed into the composting unit. In another embodiment, the discharged liquid is collected in one or more liquid collection structures and is conveyed to a clarifier tank.
