摘要： A method for the integration of a nitrogen liquefier and liquefaction of natural gas for the production of liquefied natural gas and liquid nitrogen is provided. The method may include providing a nitrogen liquefaction unit and providing a natural gas liquefaction unit. Liquefaction of the nitrogen can be achieved via a nitrogen refrigeration cycle within the nitrogen liquefaction unit. Liquefaction of the natural gas can be achieved through the use of natural gas letdown and a second nitrogen refrigeration cycle. The two liquefaction units can be integrated via a common nitrogen recycle compressor, thereby providing significant capital savings.

摘要： A compact transportable apparatus for flexibly recovering natural gas liquids from a natural gas stream feedstock includes a replaceable segment on one or more natural gas liquids transfer lines that is removable in the field without cutting the line for replacement with different replaceable part, for example, a J-T valve replacing a length of pipe, for flexibility in adjusting performance of the apparatus to match on site or changing conditions of the natural gas stream feedstock. Insulation surrounding the replaceable segment is discontinuous with insulation surrounding the remainder of the natural gas liquids transfer line in which the segment is interposed. This allows separation of the segment from such transfer line without disturbing the insulation of the remainder of that natural gas liquids transfer line if the replaceable segment is removed and replaced with a different replaceable segment.

摘要： An apparatus for producing high purity oxygen and nitrogen in the liquid and gaseous phases. The apparatus is a modular, mobile system employing a low design operating pressure. The system purifies ambient air through filters and a dual immobilized fixed bed molecular sieve type pressure swing adsorber prior to the cryogenic distillation of the air. Through the incorporation of the pressure swing adsorber having a high frequency regeneration cycle, the disclosed system provides a reduced system size. The configured system employs waste gas from the distillation process to purge the pressure swing adsorber. The cryogenic distillation procedure includes a heat exchanger, a turboexpander, high and low pressure distillation columns, a subcooler and a condenser.

The system comprises a piece of remote field equipment for performing the chemical process, a user device, a server, and program codes to perform the steps of establishing an equipment-server and a client-server connection, receiving a set of chemical process input parameters and a set of desired chemical process output parameters, controlling a set of chemical process control parameters to achieve the desired chemical process output parameters, and providing an interface to allow an operator to manually control and/or manually override the set of chemical process control parameters. The controls system allows any piece of remote field equipment for performing complex chemical processing to be monitored, controlled, and operated remotely. A large array of distributed field equipment situated around the world can all be controlled primarily through a single interface provided in a central control center.

The first refrigeration supply includes expansion of a portion of the LNG product, and the second refrigeration supply can include expansion of another portion of the LNG product or expansion and heat exchange with a supply of liquid nitrogen. The production of LNG is achieved without the external supply of electricity.
