摘要： The present invention relates to a locking device (10) for a door of a domestic appliance. The locking device (10) comprises a main body (12) and a locking hook element (14) supported pivoting in and/or at the main body (12). The locking hook element (14) is pivoting between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The locking hook element (14) is engageable with and disengageable from a corresponding counterpart (40). The locking device (10) comprises an electric actuator (22) arranged in and/or at the main body (12) and mechanically connected or connectable to the locking hook element (14). The electric actuator (22) effects the pivoting of the locking hook element (14) from the engaged position to the disengaged position. The locking device (10) comprises a first spring element (26) interconnected between the locking hook element (14) and the main body (10), wherein said first spring element (26) effects a movement of the locking hook element (14) from the disengaged position to the engaged position.

摘要： A conveyor oven having a first mode of operation and a second mode of operation is provided. The conveyor oven generally includes an oven chamber in which food is cooked, a conveyor movable to convey the food through the oven chamber, a burner to generate heat for the oven chamber, at least one blower to circulate air within the oven chamber, and a controller. The burner has a combustion airflow rate, and operates at a first output during the first mode of operation and at a second output that is greater than the first output during the second mode of operation. The blower operates at a first speed during the first mode of operation and at a second speed that is faster than the first speed during the second mode of operation. The controller is responsive to at least one of a burner output and an internal temperature of the oven chamber, and increases the speed of the blower from the first speed during the first mode of operation to the second speed during the second mode of operation responsive to at least one of an increase of the burner output and an increase of the internal temperature of the oven chamber.

The receptacle defines a compartment that is isolated from the interior space of the door and oriented to capture foreign items that penetrate the latch opening. In one example, a door latch is provided latch for locking the door in a closed position. The latch includes a hook member receivable through the latch opening when the door is in the closed position.

The oven includes a control system that regulates oven temperature during a pyrolitic, self-cleaning procedure for incinerating contaminants that accumulate inside; a burner for cooking food products and incinerating contaminants; a modulating air and fuel control system arranged for proportionally delivering air and fuel to the burner; a plurality of convection air fingers for directing heated air toward the food products; a collapsible conveyor, capable of fitting into the oven when collapsed, for passing the food products through the oven; a plurality of blowers, each having a dedicated speed controller; a floating cooking chamber; and a vent system that maintains a negative pressure in the oven during the self-cleaning procedure.

摘要： Disclosed are a sensor, a cooking apparatus having the sensor, and a control method of the cooking apparatus. The sensor serves to accurately sense a pollution level of the cooking apparatus and to inform of a cleaning time and/or cleaning method based on the pollution level. The pollution level of a cooking compartment may be objectively determined using the sensor that senses the pollution level via a variation of capacitance. Also, it may be possible to guide a cleaning time and/or cleaning method (e.g., manual cleaning, steam cleaning, thermal decomposition cleaning, etc.) based on the pollution level of the cooking compartment, allowing the cooking compartment to be cleaned in the cleaning method at an appropriate cleaning time. In particular, during a thermal decomposition cleaning operation, the pollution level is sensed in real time to enable variable control the cleaning time and automatic control of a cleaning ending time. This may contribute to reduce energy consumption and discharge of CO2.
