摘要： The invention describes an adapter part (2, 9) for a modular lighting assembly (1) comprising a number of light-emitting diodes (4) mounted on a separate base part (3), which adapter part (2, 9) comprises a number of first electrical connectors (21) arranged to connect the light-emitting diodes (4) to an external power supply; at least one electrical component (5) arranged in a body of the adapter part (2, 9); and a number of second electrical connectors (22) arranged to connect external circuitry to an electrical component (5) arranged in the body of the adapter part (2, 9). The invention further describes a modular lighting assembly (1) comprising a base part (3) upon which a number of light-emitting diodes (4) is mounted; and an adapter part (2, 9) according to the invention. The invention also describes a method of assembling such a modular lighting arrangement (1), comprising the steps of connecting a first adapter part (2, 9) according to the invention to a separate base part (3); choosing a number of electrical components (5, 6) on the basis of an application requirement of the modular lighting arrangement (1); and arranging an electrical component (5, 6) in the adapter part (2, 9) such that an electrical connection is formed between a contact surface of the electrical component (5, 6) and a second electrical connector (22) of the adapter part (2, 9).

摘要： The invention provides a lamp with adjustable beam cut-off, useful for e.g. vehicle headlamps. The lamp comprises a solid-state light source 1 and a reflector 2, as well as a movable beam limiter 3. To adjust the cut-off, the beam limiter 3 may be moved by an actuator 4. An advantage is that the beam limiter 3 reflects incident light into the emitted beam instead of absorbing it, which increases efficiency. Furthermore, because the reflector 2 and also the beam limiter 3 may be positioned very close to the light source, which may be a LED or a laser diode, they may be flat and very small. Both circumstances ensure that the beam cut-off may be adjusted very quickly.

摘要： An LED module is described with a base 10 made out of a heat conducting material. An LED element (32) is arranged in a cavity (11) of the base. A collimator reflector (70) is formed by reflective surfaces (24, 64, 66a). Three of these reflective surfaces (66a, 66b, 64) are provided on a plastic insert (60) received in the cavity (11). A further reflective surface (24) is provided on the base (10) itself. This surface (24) has a straight border line (50). The collimator reflector (70) is arranged to reflect light from the LED (32) so that a cut-off (72) is formed by the straight border line (50). By thus integrating the cut-off, as the most critical optical element, into the base (10) itself, high accuracy is achieved.

The interconnecting arrangement (7a-d) is configured to allow movement between the conductor pattern of the connection board (4) and the at least one connection pad (10a-b). The at least one connection spring (7a-d) constitutes the at least one holding spring (7a-d), to simultaneously electrically interconnect the at least one connection pad (10a-b) of the LED-module (3) with the conductor pattern of the connection board (4) and press the LED-module (3) against the heat dissipator (2).
