摘要： A system for filling an LPG vehicle with LPG using an auxiliary bombe is provided. The system may be configured for easily filling a main bombe with LPG even in the hot season (summertime) or the like during which the outside temperature rapidly rises, by using an auxiliary bombe in addition to using the main bombe. The system may also be capable of always smoothly refilling the main bombe with LPG by moving a portion of the LPG in the main bombe to the auxiliary bombe, when the pressure in the main bombe is higher than the LPG filling pressure of a filling gun in the hot season during which the outside temperature rapidly rises, so that the pressure in the main bombe becomes lower than the filling pressure.

摘要： A nitrogen blanket system for small fuel tanks is disclosed that includes tank empty-space pressure control for sealed tanks that can hold pressure. The system includes a fuel tank storing some volume of fuel, such as diesel fuel. The remaining empty volume is filled with nitrogen by the disclosed system. The nitrogen blankets the liquid fuel and fills the remaining space in the fuel tank to prevent the accumulation of moisture and thereby prevent corrosion within the fuel tank.

摘要： Gaseous fueling systems and methods are provided for dispensing fuel to a vehicle or container. The distribution systems speed up the filling process and may eliminate the use of expensive cooling systems required in the art. The methods utilize sequences of filling and emptying the vehicle gas storage tank to control the temperature of the gas inside the tank. The methods repeatedly dispense fuel to the vehicle fuel tank at a first flow rate and for a first period of time and remove fuel from the fuel tank at a second flow rate for a second period to maintain fuel temperature within a desired temperature range and until the vehicle fuel tank is filled to a desired level. In addition, the fill-up mass flowrate can be maximized to system capabilities so a fill-up can be can be completed in about one minute.

摘要： A high-pressure tank in which a liner can be formed using the conventionally used material, a decrease in the volumetric efficiency within the liner can be suppressed, and influence of a temperature rise due to adiabatic compression on the liner can be significantly alleviated. The tank includes a liner that suppresses permeation of gas; a valve device that allows the inside of the liner and the outside of the tank to communicate with each other and blocks communication therebetween; and an inner container with a through-hole disposed within the liner such that a gap is formed between the inner container and an inner periphery of the liner. The first communication channel of the valve device connects with a pipe extending in the gap and having holes therein. Gas supplied to the valve device is supplied into the gap from the holes in the pipe, and fills the inner container in a high-pressure state from the gap through the through-hole in the inner container.

摘要： Provided is a system and method for securing a seal between a thermoplastic liner and a metal boss for a composite cylinder. A metal boss can be integrated with a thermoplastic liner during a molding process. A bushing can be inserted into the metal boss and coupled thereto via threading. The bushing can further include a relief space region having a sidewall that is deformed from a first position to a second position in order to decrease a distance of the metal boss to the sidewall of the bushing, wherein the decrease provides a seal between the metal boss and the thermoplastic liner.
