摘要： A power strut includes anisotropic damping device that provides different frictional torque on a rotatable member in response to rotation in opposite rotational directions. The anisotropic damping device includes a shell, the rotatable member, and a torsion spring. The shell includes a through hole, and the rotatable member extends through the through hole and is rotatably connected to the shell. The torsion spring is sleeved on the rotatable member and is in interference fit with the rotatable member, and the torsion spring is provided with a first leg fixedly connected to the shell. The rotatable member may include a shaft sleeve fixed to a rotating shaft, with the torsion spring in interference fit with the shaft sleeve.

A first bore section and a second bore section are provided in front of and in the rear of the second inner member. The insulator has an elastic arm section extending in the direction of a Y axis. A spring adjustment recess extends in a slit shape in the direction of an X axis from an end of the first bore section. The spring adjustment recess forms an unrestricted part of the elastic arm section by the second ring-shaped member, whereby the Z spring in the axial direction of the inner member is lowered, and the XZ spring ratio can be changed greatly while maintaining the size of the X spring in the main vibration inputting direction.

In some examples, the torsion spring comprises a number of layers of fiber reinforcement, which are impregnated with a matrix material. The layers may comprise tensile-loaded fibers and compression-loaded fibers. Groups of layers of the same loading direction may exist and, seen from an inside to an outside, the group stiffness of at least two groups may differ. Likewise, methods for making such torsion springs of fiber composite material are disclosed.

The die (1) has a pressing surface (1a) shaped such that the compressive force can be applied to at least the portion of the outer surface of the tubular member (10) from the circumferential direction.

摘要： Systems and methods for damping torsional oscillations of downhole systems are described. The systems include a downhole drilling system disposed at an end of the downhole system in operative connection with a drill bit. A damping system is installed on the downhole drilling system, the damping system having at least one damper element configured to dampen at least one HFTO mode. At least one mode-shape tuning element is arranged on the drilling system. The at least one mode-shape tuning element is configured and positioned on the drilling system to modify at least one of a shape of the HFTO mode, a frequency of the HFTO mode, an excitability of the HFTO mode, and a damping efficiency of the at least one damper element.
