摘要： A pad retaining spring for a brake pad on a disc brake includes a spring section which can be mounted captively and so that it can be radially deflected at an edge of the pad carrier plate. The lining retaining spring has a partial section designed as a clamping section which extends at an angle from one end of the spring section of the pad retaining spring. A brake pad retainer for a disc brake on a motor vehicle is also provided.

To avoid undesirable noises in this disk brake it is provided that on the brake pad arrangement guided on the guide bolts at least one spring element is mounted, which biases said brake pad arrangement relative to the guide bolts into a position corresponding to a tilting movement that results during braking of the brake disk from a braking torque acting on the brake pad arrangement.

The spring arrangement provides a predetermined spring travel, which is dimensioned such that a movement of the brake pad carrier for actuating the brake is permitted without brake pad wear compensation and such that when using up the predetermined spring travel the brake pad arrangement contacts the spring arrangement for brake pad wear compensation and moves the latter within a brake pad arrangement guide in order to compensate brake pad wear.

摘要： A spot-type disc brake with a housing comprising a housing bridge, with at least one housing leg having an actuating assembly comprising an actuator unit and a component movable along an axis of movement. At least one brake shoe is arranged at the component and is slidably supported on at least one support. The brake shoe is braced with the support against an abutment surface by means of a hold-down spring. The abutment surface of the hold-down spring is arranged non-parallel to the axis of movement. Thereby, not only a radial preloading force FR is produced, but also a force component Fx normal thereto, which assists the retracting movement of the brake shoe from the brake disc, thus improving the clearance behavior.

摘要： The disc-brake lining proposed has a lining-mounting plate, a friction lining mounted on one side of the mounting plate and a noise-damping plate bonded to the other side of the mounting plate. The mounting plate has two apertures which are partly filled with underlayer compound and have countersunk bores. The noise-damping plate has holes located at a series of aligned points and is bent in the shape of a cone at these points. The noise-damping plate is prevented from slipping sideways by screws whose heads fit entirely into the conically bent zones of the noise-damping plate. Instead of screws, a rivet can be used to fix the noise-damping plate in place, the rivet securing both the noise-damping plate and also a chatter-prevention spring on the mounting plate.

The brake-shoe spring comprises between its legs a loop-shaped portion which is supported in a recess in the brake shoe, this recess being open towards the edge of the brake shoe. Arranged at the open recess is a projection which extends into the loop-shaped portion between two convolutions of the brake-shoe spring. The two convolutions are interconnected by a wire portion disposed at the area of the legs.
