摘要： The present application provides a brushless motor and an electrical equipment. The brushless motor includes: a casing, a stator, and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core and a winding. The rotor includes a rotor core and a shaft. Two bearings are sleeved on the shaft at positions corresponding to two ends of the rotor core, respectively. The two bearing brackets are installed at two ends of the casing. The brushless motor further includes a conductive sheet, configured for adjusting a capacitive reactance between the stator core and each of the two bearing brackets. The conductive sheet is attached to an outer circumferential surface of the casing. The conductive sheet and the stator core each at least partially has an area aligned to each other in a radial direction of the casing.

摘要： An electrically conductive assembly for preventing current flow through the raceways of a bearing includes a mounting ring disposeable within a retention groove of an outer member or a bearing outer ring and is formed of an electrically conductive elastic material. The mounting ring has two circumferential ends spaced apart and is deflectable inwardly such that the two circumferential ends displace generally toward each other to reduce the outside diameter of the ring for installation into the retention groove. An arcuate conductor has an outer radial end attached to the mounting ring, an inner radial end engageable with the shaft or the bearing inner ring and two circumferential ends spaced apart to define an arcuate gap when the conductor is installed about a shaft or a bearing inner ring. An electrically conductive path extends between the shaft and the outer member through the arcuate conductor and the mounting ring.

The body includes an axial portion, the axial portion having an inner circumferential surface disposeable about the outer ring outer surface and an opposing outer circumferential surface, and first and second radial portions each disposeable against a separate one of the outer ring axial ends. At least one oxide layer is formed on at least one of the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the body axial portion so as to substantially prevent electrical flow between the bearing and the housing.

摘要： A roller of a roller bearing providing a hollow bore in which a load cell is arranged, for measuring a radial load acting on the roller. The load cell is mounted to the roller bore in a non-fixed manner and includes one or more cantilever beams that extend in an axial direction of the roller. A contact element is provided on each cantilever beam. Each element further bears against a surface of the roller bore. At least one sensor is provided on each cantilever beam for measuring bending thereof, due to deflection of the beam in a radial direction perpendicular to the axial direction.

The assembly includes a seal extending radially between a radially outer bearing ring and a radially inner bearing ring. The seal includes a fixed seal end that is fixed to one of the radially inner or outer bearing rings and a flexible sealing lip that contacts the other one of the radially inner or outer bearing rings. At least one electrically conductive ring includes a first ring end that contacts one of the radially inner or outer bearing rings at the fixed seal end. The seal is integrally connected to the at least one electrically conductive ring. Electrically conductive brush filaments are fixed to the at least one electrically conductive ring, and the brush filaments contact the other one of the radially inner or outer bearing rings opposite from the fixed seal end.

A shield extends between the fixable bearing ring and the rotatable bearing ring. The shield includes a first end connected to the fixable bearing ring, and at least one electrically conductive element extends from a second end of the shield and contacts the rotatable bearing ring. A conductive extension on the first end of the shield is connectable to ground. The insulation coating covers surfaces of the fixable bearing ring outside of the first raceway.

An end cap located at the other end of the through hole, is connected with the housing and adapted to rotate relatively to the housing.
