摘要： A hydraulic system for a machine is disclosed. The system may have a pump and a motor driven by pressurized fluid from the pump. An accumulator is configured to receive fluid discharged from the motor and to discharge fluid to the motor. The system may include a first valve to selectively communicate the higher pressure of conduits coupled between the pump and motor to the accumulator. A second valve and a third valve can be used to facilitate charging and discharging of the accumulator. The system may include a controller configured to implement a plurality of modes of operation, which each mode of operation may include a different combination of motor deceleration and motor acceleration segments during which the accumulator receives and discharges fluid, respectively. An input may be used to determine the segment of the work cycle.

摘要： An operating state determining unit determines whether a hydraulic cylinder is in operation or not in operation. A discharge pressure reducing unit reduces the discharge pressure of a charge pump. A discharge pressure control unit controls the discharge pressure reducing unit when the hydraulic cylinder in not in operation to reduce the discharge pressure of the charge pump to a low pressure lower than a normal pressure. The normal pressure is the discharge pressure of the charge pump when the hydraulic cylinder is in operation. An accumulator is connected to a charge flowpath. A one-way valve is disposed between the accumulator and the charge pump. The one-way valve allows the flow of hydraulic fluid from the charge pump to the accumulator and prohibits the flow of hydraulic fluid from the accumulator to the charge pump.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic system for construction equipment, and more particularly, to a hydraulic system, in which an actuator is controlled by a pump/motor. The hydraulic system for construction equipment according to the present disclosure includes logic valves in first and second hydraulic lines provided to an actuator, respectively, and when it is desired to operate the actuator in a state where an operation of the actuator is stopped by closing the logic valves, a pressure difference may be resolved by increasing pressure in sections of a pump/motor and the logic valves in advance even if a load is applied to the actuator, and thus the actuator may implement a desired operation without being affected by the load. That is, it is possible to improve operation controllability of the actuator.

摘要： Provided is a system and method to generate and control hydraulic fluid flow that exceeds the fluid flow capacity of an electrically driven pump to achieve high actuator retraction/extension speeds and/or electrical flow capacity of an electrical storage system to better control electrical storage. Electric machines and hydraulic pumps generally have a maximum speed beyond which they cannot be operated at. Further, electrical storage systems typically have storage capacities and rates beyond which they cannot be operated at. While an alternate approach could be to increase the hydraulic pump displacement, thus lowering the required electric machine and pump speed to generate a certain flow, it is typically desirable to reduce pump displacement in order to reduce required electric machine torque and minimize component size and losses.

When the aircraft engine is placed in standby mode, a solenoid-operated bypass valve may receive a control signal to open. When open, the solenoid-operated bypass valve places an electric hydraulic pump in fluidic communication with an engine driven hydraulic pump. The engine driven hydraulic pump rotates because of the pressured provided by the electrical hydraulic pump. The mechanical linkage between the engine driven hydraulic pump and the rotor causes the rotor of the aircraft engine to rotate.

The hydraulic system may also have a regeneration valve connected to the first and second passages between the actuator and the first and second load-holding valves to selectively connect the first and second passages. The hydraulic system may further have a controller configured to cause a control valve to simultaneous move the first and second load-holding valves toward flow-blocking positions when pump displacement is about zero.
