Leakage reduction is achieved by shifting the spool valve within the spool bore. The amount of shifting can be controlled by a pressure controller that sets one or pressures in the system and actively/dynamically adjusts the system to achieve a desired pressure or set of pressures by shifting the spool valve.

摘要： A method of health monitoring of a hydraulic system includes measuring a hydraulic fluid level at a first location in the hydraulic systems and measuring one or more of hydraulic fluid pressure and hydraulic fluid temperature at one or more second locations in the hydraulic system. A snap-shot of data is identified that meets a mode detection criteria a model requires to estimate the hydraulic fluid level. An expected hydraulic fluid level is calculated based on the measurements of hydraulic fluid pressure and/or hydraulic fluid temperature, and the expected hydraulic fluid level is compared to the measured hydraulic fluid level, the difference an indicator of leakage in the hydraulic system.

摘要： A liquid seal energy-accumulator and hydraulic system thereof based on liquid-collector and sandwich piston is provided. The liquid seal energy-accumulator includes a piston cylinder (HSG) and a high pressure gas-tank (QTG). When a piston (HS) moves to a top of the piston cylinder, the leaked pressure liquid accumulated on the top of the piston flows into the gas-tank through a gas-liquid channel (TD), so as to timely clean up the pressure liquid accumulated on the top of the piston. The pressure liquid collected at the bottom of the gas-tank is increased for upwardly moving a buoy (FT), when the buoy presses a collected-liquid sensor (JYG), a signal is sent for opening an electronically-controlled-valve (DKF), the leaked pressure liquid flows from the liquid leakage pipe (LYG) back to the liquid-container (SYT).

摘要： The present invention relates to a hydraulic control valve for construction machinery that is used to maintain secondary pilot pressure which is formed proportionally to the switching of a switching device so as to be equal to or below a setting pressure of a pilot pump. The hydraulic control valve of the present invention includes: a port of the pilot pump into which the pilot pressure flows; a tank port to which the pilot pressure is drained; a valve body at which a secondary pilot pressure port that selectively communicates with the port of the pilot pump and the tank port is formed; the switching device that is pivotally mounted on the valve body; a pilot control valve that is linked through pressurization of the switching device and has a spool which forms the secondary pilot pressure proportional to the amount of switching of the switching device by communicating the port of the pilot pump and the secondary pilot pressure port with each other during the switching; a valve spring that elastically supports the spool so as to communicate the secondary pilot pressure port and the tank port with each other; and a check poppet that is disposed in an openable and closable manner at a pilot passage whose inlet side communicates with the secondary pilot pressure port and whose outlet side communicates with the port of the pilot pump.

摘要： A method of deactiving an underwater hydraulic device provides a hydraulic device that is capable of being operated under water, the device having a hydraulic cylinder with a pushrod and a piston. The device is lowered below a water surface with a hose reel that is located at the water surface area such as on a marine vessel. The hose reel includes first and second hydraulic hoses that connect to the cylinder on opposing sides of the piston. Fluid flow in the first and second hydraulic hoses is continuously monitored. The ratio of the volume of fluid flowing into the cylinder from one side of the piston to the volume of fluid flowing into the cylinder from the other side of the cylinder is continuously calculated with a computer or controller. The hydraulic device is deactivated if the ratio varies from a preset value. One embodiment includes a plurality of flow meters for measuring fluid flow to and from one or more hydraulicly powered apparatuses. In one embodiment outputs of the flow meters are analyzed to determine if the hydraulic system has a leak, and if a leak is detected, a warning is issued and/or one or more of the connected hydraulically powered apparatuses are shut down, and/or the hydraulic power supply is shut down.
