A decompression switching valve includes one valve hole, a main valve body having air supply ports, a first output port, a second output port, and an air exhaust port which are communicated with the valve hole, and a first spool and a second spool which are slidably provided in the valve hole, adjacent to each other, wherein the first spool forms a switching valve section that selectively connects the first output port to an air supply port or the air exhaust port, and wherein the second spool forms a decompression valve section that reduces the pressure of compressed air having been input from the air supply port and outputs the pressure from the second output port.

Connected to the rear end (3) is a supply of compressed air and within the cylinder is a return channel (10) used for draining the air on the unloading side of the piston. Also, an upper channel (9), return air chamber (26), a second pressure channel (29) and compressed air chamber (30, are provided to build up a reserve amount of compressed air at the unloading side of the piston at the end of the working stroke through the action of a valve rod (27) connected to the piston (5) with a tubular valve slide (32) actuated by a spring (33) close to the end of the working stroke whereby channels (35,36) are opened between pressure chamber (23) and the reserve chambers to return the piston (5) to its initial position for the working stroke.

摘要： An energy recovery device, in particular of static and kinetic energy, has at least one hydraulically controlled working cylinder (110) or a hydraulic engine (210) that moves tools back and forth, preferably up and down. The working cylinder (110) or the hydraulic engine (210) can be connected to a hydraulic circuit (132) with a pump (134) and to a hydraulic accumulator (138) by a connection line (136). The connection line (136) contains two hydraulically controlled check valves (140, 142) controlled by a control unit, in particular a distributing valve (144), depending on the displacement of the tools or on the state of motion of the working unit. This energy recovery device does not have the disadvantages due to the use of conventional cartridge valves, and is cheap and reliable to operate.

摘要： A variable booster device of a pneumatic regenerative system of a motorized vehicle is in fluid communication with a pneumatic device of the system. The variable booster device includes a main body and a plate slidingly coupled to the main body. The main body includes an inlet, an outlet, and an interior cavity. The plate is reconfigurable between a first configuration, where the outlet is a first size, and a second configuration, where the outlet is a second size. The variable booster device pressurizes the air a first amount when the plate is in the first configuration and pressurizes the air a second amount when the plate is in the second configuration, where the second amount is greater than the first amount. Disposed within the interior cavity is a first helical screw rotor and a second helical screw rotor. The two helical screw rotors are intermeshed with one another. The pressurized air is fed from the outlet of the variable booster device to the pneumatic device of the pneumatic regenerative system to be further pressurized by the pneumatic device and then stored for later use in the system.
