    • A hydrostatic radial piston engine with two rotors that are supported on an axle so that they can rotate easily thereon. The rotors have a plurality of radial bores with displacement elements (pistons with slide ring) therein, sliding on the inside of a piston ring. The bores are connected via control slits with transport channels (high-pressure/low-pressure) that open on a side on the rotors for the purpose of controlling the transport of the pressure medium. The two rotors can be rotated easily on the axle which mounted on an intermediate bottom. The intermediate bottom is disposed between the rotors. Check plates are disposed on the ends of the axle which take up the axial forces produced by the pressure medium in the control slits of the rotors. The piston rings are supported in the intermediate bottom by a common connecting shaft.

    • A pump with axial thrust compensation having an external housing, a main shaft within the housing to which are axially fixed two spaced apart rotors. The main shaft supports the rotors apart at respective collars against which the rotors are clamped. Each rotor including a series of radially displaceable elements within respective bores. The stroke rings for the rotors are rigidly attached to each other by a respective bearing shaft. A respective stroke ring around each rotor for moving the displaceable elements into and out of the bores. A respective control slot into each of the bores in the rotor and the control slots of each rotor extending laterally toward the other rotor. A housing partition disposed between the rotors, the partition including a first partial annular inlet channel section communicating with the control slots during a part of the path of the rotors where the displaceable elements are moving out of the bores and a second partial annular outlet channel section communicating with the control slots during a part of the path of the rotors where the displaceable elements are moving into the bores.

    • A radial hydrostatic motor (radial piston machine) has a cylinder spider rotationally fixed and secured against axial displacement on a shaft and having a plurality of radial bores with pistons and sliding blocks that slide on the inner face of a hub ring or bushing. The bores communicate through control slots with high/low pressure delivery channels that open laterally into the cylinder spider in order to control the hydraulic media flow rate. Two mutually spaced rotors have bores with intercommunicating opposite control slots. Between both rotors is provided a housing intermediate partition having control disks opposite to the rotors and provided with channels which correspond to the control slots.

    • The folded channel radial pump assembly (10) comprises a housing (12) having therein a stepped diameter bore (14) receiving a rotor (30). The rotor (30) is attached by way of a flexible coupling (50) with the output shaft (61) of an electric motor (60) attached to the housing (12). The rotor (30) includes one or more intake (26, 36) and exhaust (28, 38) ports, the ports (26, 28, 36, 38) being radially aligned and communicating with the stepped bore (14). The rotor (30) includes one or more pairs of radial openings (70, 72; 170, 172) disposed substantially parallel to one another and each pair connected by way of an axial passageway (74; 174), one radial opening (70, 170) of the pair being aligned axially with the respective set of intake (26, 36) and exhaust (28, 38) ports and the other radial opening (72, 172) having therein a resilient mechanism (77, 177) biasing a piston ( 76, 176) and follower mechanism (75, 175) outwardly into engagement with an eccentric diameter section (24, 124) of the stepped bore (14). Rotation of the rotor (30) by the motor (60) causes the follower mechanism (75, 175) and piston (76, 176) to reciprocate within the other radial opening (72, 172) and effect the movement of fluid between the intake (26, 36) and exhaust (28, 38) ports.

    • The invention relates to a radial piston type pump comprising a casing, a shaft, two or more piston carriers mounted on and driven by the shaft, and a curved track surrounding the piston carriers. The piston carriers are axially movable on the shaft and pressure chamber and scaling means are provided between adjacent carriers to bias them in opposite directions against the internal casing walls which form a chamber in which the carriers are rotatably mounted. Fluid inlet and outlet means in one of these casing walls has fluid communication with the inlet and outlet passages in the carriers and the biasing of a carrier against this wall serves to provide sealing between the relatively rotating surfaces to minimize the leaking of fluid between these surfaces.
