摘要： A fuel injector assembly has a control valve body and a plurality of end caps. End cap locating holes are formed into a mating surface of each end cap, and control valve body locating holes are formed into each mating surface of the control valve body. Locating pins inserted into the end cap and control valve body locating holes each have a fixed portion that affixes the locating pins to either the control valve body or the end cap. In the event of failure of a locating pin between the fixed portion and a free portion of the pins, the free portion maintains alignment of the control valve body locating holes with the end cap locating holes.

摘要： A fuel injection device has a two-way control valve driven by a two-position actuator. The control valve directly controls oil pressure in a back pressure chamber to control an injection operation of an injection nozzle. A two-position three-way flow passage switching valve operated by control pressure of the control valve selectively connects a control chamber of a pressure intensifier with a fuel supply passage leading to a pressure accumulator or a pressure release passage leading to a low-pressure system to indirectly control oil pressure in the control chamber. The flow passage switching valve starts a pressure intensifying operation in retard of the injection operation. When pressure is supplied to the control chamber, stoppage of the pressure intensification operation and returning operation of the pressure intensifier do not lag behind the injection operation.

摘要： A known control valve, especially for controlling a piston of a pressure intensifier of an injection device for internal combustion engines is already known per se. Said control valve comprises a control valve housing, fluid lines and a control valve piston which can be displaced in a controlled manner in the housing in at least two operational positions. Said piston controls at least the fluidic connection between a first chamber and a second chamber having a first flow rate or a reduced second flow rate. In order to produce said control valve which enables the precise control of the reduced second flow rate and which is simple to construct, a throttle is provided. Said throttle adjusts the reduced second flow rate and is arranged outside the control valve piston and in front of the second chamber.

摘要： A fuel injection system with an injector for an internal combustion engine has a binary injection nozzle whose pressure chamber can be alternatingly supplied with fuel and a supplemental fluid. A valve device is provided which can control the high-pressure side fuel delivery to the binary injection nozzle and the connection of the pressure chamber to a low-pressure side and to a supply line of the supplemental fluid. The valve device has a reversing valve that is embodied for controlling the impingement of high or low pressure on the pressure chamber and is also embodied for controlling the filling of the pressure chamber with the supplemental fluid. Therefore, the valve device is improved with regard to more rapid and precise switching operations and is also simplified, resulting in greater reliability and reduced maintenance.

The metering valve and the pressure control valve are combined in a common housing and have opposite opening directions.
