摘要： An exhaust mixer provided may be used for mixing an additive, such as urea, in exhaust fluid flow. The exhaust mixer may be useful in reducing or preventing build-up of solid additive deposits by increasing efficiency of mixing of the additive. The exhaust mixer may be located at least partially within a mixing conduit and includes plurality of elongate mixing blades held in spaced configuration by a support. Each mixing blade may have a longitudinal axis extending along a longitudinal axis of the mixing conduit, wherein an injector module may be located upstream of the inlet of the mixing conduit.

摘要： A vehicle exhaust gas treatment apparatus includes a DPF with SCR coating. An inlet piping fluidly communicates with the DPF and is positioned generally parallel to the DPF. An outlet pipe fluidly communicates with the DPF and is positioned generally parallel to the DPF. The apparatus is arranged such that exhaust gas flows through the inlet pipe in a first direction from a first inlet pipe end to a second inlet pipe end. The exhaust gas flows through the DPF in a second direction, generally parallel to and opposite to the first direction. The gas flows through the outlet pipe generally in the first direction from a first outlet pipe end to a second outlet pipe end.

The relief valve is provided to open when a pressure of an upstream exhaust-gas chamber is equal to or higher than a predetermined value. The relief valve includes a shutter, a spring, and a seal member. The shutter member is provided to face an open end of a gas passage provided between an upstream exhaust-gas chamber and a downstream exhaust-gas chamber. The spring is to bias the shutter member in a direction in which the gas passage is closed. The seal member is disposed on a downstream side of the gas passage. The seal member is made of a metal mesh material and has a disc shape to cover the open end of the gas passage.

摘要： An emissions cleaning module includes a first conduit including an inlet and an outlet and containing a particulate filter; a second conduit including an inlet and an outlet; and an end coupling fluidly connecting the outlet of the first conduit to the inlet of the second conduit. The end coupling is provided with a cleaning port including a cover which closes an aperture in the end coupling. Providing the cleaning port in the end coupling fluidly connecting the outlet of the first conduit to the inlet of the second allows for improved access and cleaning of the emissions cleaning module.
