    • Systems and methods are disclosed that may include producing wellhead gas from a wellbore, removing hydrocarbons and/or other particulates from the wellhead gas produced from the wellbore to maximize and/or provide a consistent BTU level to the wellhead gas, and burning the wellhead gas in a wellhead gas burner to heat water and/or other chemicals used in hydrocarbon production and/or well completion processes, including, but not limited to hydraulic fracturing (fracking). The wellhead gas burner may also be configured as a primary heat source and integrated with a traditional gas burner system configured as a supplemental heat source. The wellhead gas burner and the traditional gas burner may also be operated simultaneously. The wellhead gas burner may also be mounted to a mobile superheater truck.

    • A once-through steam generator including one or more steam-generating circuits extending between inlet and outlet ends thereof and including one or more pipes, the steam-generating circuit having a heating segment at least partially defining a heating portion of the once-through steam generator, and one or more heat sources for generating heat to which the heating segment is subjected. The steam-generating circuit is adapted to receive feedwater at the inlet end, the feedwater being subjected to the heat from the heat source to convert the feedwater into steam and water. The pipe has a bore therein at least partially defined by an inner surface, and at least a portion of the inner surface has ribs at least partially defining a helical flow passage. The helical flow passage guides the water therealong for imparting a swirling motion thereto, to control concentrations of the impurities in the water.

    • A thermal convertor is formed from a controlled combustion chamber selectively supplied by an appropriate fuel, preferably diesel, and compressed air. The control over the temperature of the combustion chamber is provided by regulating the flow of fuel, air and pressure into and out of the combustion chamber. Flow control valves open or close the inputs of fuel and water to, and the output of the superheated vapors from, the combustion chamber to specifically control the behavior of the combustion chamber and the composition and quality of the output from the combustion chamber. This assembly is then used to inject superheated nearly oxygen-free vapors including well treatment chemicals into a well bore cleaning the well, including the annulus and rathole, near-well bore and perforations of fines and asphaltenic particles, then stimulating an existing but newly cleaned well to produce additional oil. These methods can also be used to stimulate high paraffinic wells or wells with high viscosity crude oil, and for the maintenance of well pressure to enhance production rates.
