摘要： A latch actuating handle system for a door comprises a bar along and carried by the inside of the door; a bar along and carried by the outside of the door; pivot mounting means carried by the door adjacent a perimeter edge thereof and for mounting the bars for limited pivotal movement between positions toward and away from the door; a latch mechanism longitudinally disposed in the inside handle and terminating in a latch bolt at the end of the bar adjacent the door edge; and a stationary actuator post carried by the door at a location spaced from the pivot mounting means and operatively engagable with the latch mechanism for movement of the latch mechanism between latched and unlatched positions in response to movement of either of the bars.

摘要： The present invention provides a combination door and panic handle for use on the interior side of entrance doors. In one mode of operation the panic handle may be moved inwards towards the door face to unlatch the door. In this mode of operation the door may be opened on the exterior side by use of a key. In an alternative mode of operation, the panic handle is "locked-out" and prevented from moving. In this mode of operation the door is unlatched and the panic handle may be used as a fixed door handle. In the movable mode of operation, pressure may be applied along any portion of the panic handle to facilitate unlatching the door. The operating mechanism of the panic handle is concealed presenting a smooth uncluttered appearance.

摘要： A fire door lock includes a base assembly including first and second slide blocks, a locking control assembly including a movable seat forming a groove and a tongue control plate movably mounted to one side of the locking control assembly, and a winglet assembly including first and second winglets both having a boss movably received in the groove of the movable seat and both being respectively and rotatably coupled to the first and second slide blocks. 摘要： An exit door has a security device comprising a flexible member, e.g. a chain, for connecting two locking devices which may be fixed on a door and doorway or on double doors. The first locking device is operable by a first key removable only when the locking device is activated and a second key removable only when the locking device is deactivated. One end of the flexible member is fixed to the second key and the other end is fixed to the second locking device, which is operable by the second key, being removable from the second locking device only when it is activated, and by a third key removable only when the second locking device is deactivated. The security devices are members of a series of such security devices in which the third key of each security device serves as the first key of the next security device in the series. The last key in the series is essential to operation of a control unit permitting use of a building provided with the exit door.
