摘要： A non-inflatable above-ground pool is provided, including: a pool bottom and a pool wall connected to an edge of the pool bottom, together defining a water storage cavity. The pool wall comprises an inner wall, an outer wall, and a top sheet. Each of the inner wall and the outer wall have an upper edge connected to the top sheet and a lower edge connected to the pool bottom so as to define a filling chamber. A support wall body is disposed in the filling chamber and includes a wall body opening therethrough. A control box is arranged in the wall body opening and is in fluid communication with the water storage cavity via the inner wall.

摘要： An inflatable pool cover assembly includes a top disk that is positionable in a pool and float on water in the pool. A bottom disk is positionable in the pool and float on the water in the pool. A bladder is positioned between the top disk and the bottom disk and the bladder is inflatable to a selected diameter. The bladder is inflated to engage an inside surface of a perimeter wall of the pool thereby covering the water in the pool. A plurality of engaging members is each coupled to the bladder and each of the engaging members releasably engages the perimeter wall of the pool. An inflation unit is coupled to the top disk and the inflation unit is in fluid communication with the bladder. A cartridge is provided that is filled with a compressed gas. The cartridge is fluidly coupled to the inflation unit thereby facilitating the compressed gas to exit the cartridge and inflate the bladder.

The device comprises a first cup member and a second cup member, each having a base and an open end, the first cup member being formed with an opening at a center of a respective base. In some embodiments of the present invention the device comprises a connector member having a peripheral wall fittingly connected to the open ends and enclosing a barrier. The peripheral wall is preferably formed with openings arranged between the barrier and the first cup member such that, when the floating device contacts a liquid, the liquid enters through the openings into the first cup member to submerge the first cup member and to impart a restorable upright orientation to the device.

The solar cell module can include solar cells and be submerged under water held by the swimming pool. The solar cell module can convert sunlight incident on the solar cells to electricity and transmit the electricity for use at a location external to the swimming pool.

摘要： A pool cover for heating swimming pools using sun rays. The pool cover comprises a solar panel provided at an upper surface of the cover facing the sun, a battery connected to the solar panel for receiving and storing the electric current generated by the solar panel, and a heating element provided at the lower surface of the cover for heating the water using the current received from the battery. The pool cover also includes a floater provided at an edge of the cover, the floater being sized and positioned to keep the pool cover afloat when the pool cover is on the water. A layer of heat insulating material may also be provided within the pool cover for preventing heat losses with the ambient air. In another embodiment, the cover may be provided without a battery whereby the solar panel may be directly connected to the heating element.

摘要： A thermal spa cover assembly [1000] includes an improved thermal spa cover [1100] having a first part [1111] and a second part which is held together with a hinge [1150], for sealing and retaining heat from a tub [130]. Cover [1100] is made of thermal insulation material to reduce conductive heat loss. It also employs a central gasket [1151] fits inside of the hinge [1150] and is attached to the first part [1111] to minimize gaps and heat loss. End gaskets [1157] are employed at the ends of the hinge [1150] to provide a better seal at the tub, spa cover interface. This seal is slightly wider than the openings, but is compressible to seal in the openings. A shield [1170] is attached to the upper side of the cover [1100] extending downward over the spa cover [1100] and the tub sides 135. It fits tightly around the full perimeter of the tub [1130]. Tie-downs sewn on top of the cover [1100] secure the cover [1100] to the spa tub [130]; further preventing warmed air from escaping.
