摘要： The present disclosure discloses a building information modeling (BIM)-based modular housing built with thin-wall channel steel comprising foundations, columns, beams, walls, a roof plate, doors, and windows. The columns and transverse beams adopt inward-flanging C-section steel or combined square steel arranged by oppositely buckling symmetric inward-flanging C-section steel. The columns and foundations, the columns and transverse beams, adjacent transverse beams, the columns or transverse beams and slant beams, the transverse beams or slant beams and roof plate, and joints of adjacent supports are connected to each other together by base connectors, butting connectors, or crossed connectors. According to the technical solution of the present disclosure, the inward-flanging C-section steel can be quickly and securely butted, or combined square steel can be quickly and securely butted. The joint is provided with webs, and can be used as a standard connector due to high strength. Relief holes provided at the inner side of the joint are buckled with inward-flanges of the inward-flanging C-section steel to each other and pressed together, thereby realizing an internal-external nesting effect. A positioning groove arranged outside the joint and the inward-flanging C-section steel can be nested together in a concavo-convex manner, and then pressed and fastened by a fastening steel strip, thereby realizing effects of fastening and slippage prevention.

摘要： A column and beam connection structure for connecting a steel H-beam to a column uses an external diaphragm. The external diaphragm includes a plurality of divided diaphragm segments such that each diaphragm segment has a column plate abutting on the column. A diaphragm segment which is arranged along the steel H-beam among the plurality of divided diaphragm segments has a beam plate installed in a flange of the steel H-beam. The beam plate has an end portion in which the column plate is provided. A joining surface between the diaphragm segments is placed in a vicinity of a corner portion of the column so that only the column plate of one of the diaphragm segments abuts on each column surface of the column. A joining member fastens to fix between the diaphragm segments such that contact pressure is applied from the column plates to the surface of the column.

The shear link includes first and second combination plates combined with a structure, a main frame that includes both ends fixed to the first and second combination plates respectively and a hollow formed in a center to pass therethrough forward and backward, first and second cover plates positioned to come into contact with left and right sides of the main frame respectively to cover the hollow and including a plurality of through holes passing therethrough forward and backward, and a combination unit that separably combines the main frame with the first and second cover plates.In the shear link including replaceable cover plates according to the present invention, since the first and second cover plates are separably combined with the main frame by the combination unit, the first and second cover plates deformed by an external force may be easily separated from the main frame to reduce time and costs consumed for a replacement operation.
