摘要： A solution having improved stain removing properties on hard surfaces, carpets and fabrics, that is easier to handle (stored or transported at lower temperatures and less corrosive) and that is environmentally friendly. The stain removing solution includes the following components: a surfactant selected from the group consisting of alcohol ethoxylates, alkyl sulfates, alkyl ether sulfates, alpha olefin sulfonates, alkyl phosphates, alkyl amidopropyl betaines, alkyl betaines, amphoacetates, amphoproprionates, amphosulfonates, amine oxides, alkanolamides, sulfosuccinates, and sultaines, a hydrotrope, and a solvent. The surfactant is preferably an alcohol ethoxylate. The hydrotrope is preferably lauramine oxide. The solvent is preferably a dibasic ester or a glycol ether. The solution may further comprise a diluent, a mild acid, and/or a preservative. A mild acid can be added to lower the pH of the solution.

摘要： Printing applicators such as metal stencils and screens used to apply solder paste to printed circuit boards are cleaned to remove accumulated solder paste therefrom by an aqueous alkaline salt cleaner. The aqueous cleaner of the present invention comprises alkaline salts such as alkali metal carbonates, a surfactant formulation which contains at least one nonionic surfactant, an alkali metal silicate corrosion inhibitor and stabilizers to maintain the components in aqueous solution. The cleaner of the present invention contains no VOCs and is an effective and safe replacement for alcohol solvents previously used to clean solder paste from screens and stencils.

For example, such alcohol-containing compositions may comprise from about 0.2 to 15 weight percent of mono- or di-phosphate ester in free acid form, from about 2 to about 25 weight percent of one or more alcohols, and from about 25 to about 97.8 weight percent of one or more halogenated hydrocarbon solvents.

摘要： The present invention provides a cleaner composition that can satisfactorily remove lead-free soldering flux adhered to the object to be cleaned, has little impact on the environment, and has odor, inflammability, etc., which are of an acceptable level for practical use; a rinsing agent for rinsing the cleaned object after cleaning with the cleaner composition to remove lead-free soldering flux more effectively; and a removal method using the composition (and the rinsing agent). The cleaner composition for the removal of lead-free soldering flux contains: (A) a polyoxyalkylene phosphate-based surfactant, (B) a metal chelating agent, and (C) a halogen-free organic solvent; and the rinsing agent for removal of lead-free soldering flux contains a carbonate represented by MaHb(CO3)C General Formula (7) where a is an integer of 1 or 2, b is an integer of 0 to 2, c is an integer of 1 or 2, and M is a volatile organic base.
