摘要： Lube base stocks and lube stock compositions, as well as a process for preparing lube base stocks and lube stock compositions, are disclosed. The lube oils preferably have a viscosity index above about 115. The process involves obtaining feedstocks that have a 95% point below 1150° F. and feedstocks that have 95% point above 1150° F. The feedstocks that have a 95% point below 1150° F. are catalytically dewaxed, and the feedstocks that have 95% point above 1150° F. are solvent dewaxed. The resulting products can optionally be blended, and the base stocks can be combined with various additives to form lube oil compositions. Hydrotreatment can optionally be performed on the lube base stocks to remove olefins, oxygenates and other impurities. In one embodiment, one or more of the fractions are obtained from Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. One or more of the fractions can also be obtained from other sources, for example, via distillation of crude oil, provided that the fractions do not include appreciable amounts (i.e., amounts which would adversely affect the catalyst used for catalytic isodewaxing) of thiols or amines. The individual fractions can also include combinations of feedstocks, from Fischer-Tropsch and other sources.

摘要： The present disclosure discloses a crosslinked polymer for dewaxing the lubricating oils, the polymer derived from (a) 70-77 weight percentage of at least one alkyl acrylate; (b) 23-28 weight percentage of at least one vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon; (c) 0.1-2.5 weight percentage of at least one crosslinker; and (d) 0.75-2.5 weight percentage of at least one initiator and wherein the polymer has a number average molecular weight in the range of 5000-15000. The present disclosure discloses a convenient process for preparing the crosslinked polymer. The present disclosure further reveals a method for dewaxing the lubricating oil.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for fractionating a crude mixture comprising at least one oil and at least one wax, which comprises the following steps: (a) mixing the crude mixture with a solvent to obtain a crude solvent-mixture, (b) carrying out at least one crystallization stage with the solvent-mixture obtained in step (a) to prepare a first fraction containing dewaxed oil and a second fraction containing slack wax, (c) carrying out at least one crystallization stage with the second fraction obtained in step (b) in a layer crystallizer, wherein to the second fraction prior to the crystallization in step (c) no solvent or at most 100% by weight of solvent relative to the weight of the second fraction are added, to prepare a third fraction containing hard wax having an oil content of at most 1.5% by weight and a fourth fraction containing soft wax having an oil content of more than 1.5% by weight and (d) circulating at least a part of the fourth fraction into at least one of the at least one crystallization stage of step (b).
