摘要： A coating material composition for providing coated films is disclosed. The coating material composition contains coated film forming resin (A), crosslinking agent (B), and resin beads (C), in which compression strength of the resin beads (C) at the time of the 10% pressurized deformation of an individual resin bead by means of a micro-compression tester lies between 0.1 MPa and 20 MPa and a recovery of the resin beads (C) following 90% pressurized deformation of an individual resin bead by means of a micro-compression tester is at least 80%.

摘要： The present invention provides an adhesive film hardly suffering from fisheyes and having excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance as well as good adhesive properties with reduced transfer of an adhesive layer to an adherend, which can be suitably used as various surface protective films, etc. The present invention relates to an adhesive film comprising a polyester film and an adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the polyester film, in which the adhesive layer comprises a resin having a glass transition point of not higher than 0° C., and a crosslinking agent, and an adhesion strength of the adhesive layer to a polymethyl methacrylate plate is in the range of 1 to 1000 mN/cm.

摘要： To increase the heat resistance of a film capacitor, a cured article obtained by curing a mixed solution of a polyvinyl acetal having a hydroxyl group content of 10% to 38% by weight, the number of backbone carbon atoms of the polyvinyl acetal being 100 or more, and a polyisocyanate having an isocyanate content of 1% to 50% by weight is used as a dielectric resin films material arranged between first and second counter electrodes facing each other. At least the polyvinyl acetal is subjected to high-pressure homogenization in which a shearing force is applied such that a pressure applied to the polyvinyl acetal is 50 MPa or more when the material is passed through a path having a diameter of 0.125 mm and a length of 5 mm, so that the solubility is increased to allow a curing reaction to proceed uniformly. The cured article has a glass transition temperature of 130° C. or higher and a breakdown voltage of 350 V/μm or more.

摘要： The ceramic slurry is prepared by mixing a ceramic powder, a solvent, a dispersion medium, an isocyanate, a polyol, and a catalyst for accelerating a urethane reaction between the isocyanate and the polyol. A temperature-sensitive catalyst, which substantially exhibits a catalyst function only within a specific temperature range including an active temperature and higher than room temperature, is used as the catalyst. In a solidifying and drying step performed after a molding step of the slurry at room temperature, the solidification/drying temperature is set to be a high temperature within the range (within the specific temperature range) relatively close to the active temperature of the temperature-sensitive catalyst, and this temperature is maintained. Thus, the catalyst function can sufficiently be exhibited under high temperature.

In one embodiment, the hydrophilic segments include at least one poly(vinyl alcohol) (e.g., a poly(vinyl alcohol) modified with acryl amide groups) and the hydrophobic segments include at least one polysiloxane having at least one terminal —OH group (e.g., polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)). In another embodiment, the copolymer and/or co-networks of the present invention are optically clear and highly oxophilic.

摘要： There is disclosed a polyvinyl alcohol having a 1,2-glycol bond in a side chain, and a process for preparing the polyvinyl alcolnol wherein there is no generation of dimethyl carbonate hence no need of a process of eliminating dimethyl carbonate in the recovering process of waste liquid after hydrolysis. Also, even when an introduction amount of 1,2-glycol bonds is increased, there is no deterioration of solubility in a hydrolyzing solution (methanol) of a copolymer (paste) before hydrolysis. Further, water-insolubility is not lowered even in experiencing thermal history. Specifically, there is provided a polyvinyl alcohol having a 1,2-glycol bond in a side chain obtained by hydrolyzing a copolymer of a vinyl ester monomer and a compound shown in the formula (1) wherein the hydrolysis degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is at least 60% by mol.
