摘要： The present invention refer to a innovative process for obtaining nanoparticulate magnetic ferrites, at low temperatures, simple or mixed, functionalized by organic molecules, for dispersion of these nanoparticles in polar or nonpolar media, and the same particles dispersed in a liquid medium, also known as ferrofluids. The present invention enables obtaining both simple ferrites (MFe2O4 or MFe12O19) and mixed ferrites (Nx M(1−x)Fe2O4 or N1−Y Mx+Y Fe(2−x)O4; as example) where M and N can be metals, such as Sm, La, Bi, Ba, Mo, Sr, Ni, Fe, Mn, Cr, etc., through the coprecipitation method, functionalized by organic molecules containing carboxylic groups, which are polymers, or long chain acids or short chain acids, containing mono, di or tricarboxylic groups and/or alcohols, whose dispersion in polar or nonpolar media is improved. The present invention enables also obtaining ferrofluids, through the mixture of the obtained magnetic particles with an appropriate liquid carrier. The substitution of some elements in the ferrites may yield specific mechanical, optical and/or magnetic properties.

摘要： A method of fabricating a composite ferrite sheet including the steps of: (a) forming a grooved green ferrite sheet having a non-intersecting grid pattern by pressing a groove forming die including a plurality of first protrusions and a plurality of second protrusions having a triangular cross sectional shape, each protrusion of at least one of the plurality of first protrusions and the plurality of second protrusions being discontinuous at each imaginary intersecting portion at which extension lines of the respective first and second protrusions intersect each other, (b) firing the grooved ferrite green sheet to obtain a sintered ferrite sheet, (c) bonding at least one supporting sheet to at least one of opposite major surfaces of the sintered ferrite sheet, and (d) rupturing the sintered ferrite sheet along the grooves into a multiplicity of separate and independent rectangular planar ferrite segments which are bonded to the supporting sheet.

摘要： Nanoscale materials with domain sizes less than 100 nanometers and unusual shapes and morphologies are disclosed. A broad approach for manufacturing oxide and non-oxide nanomaterials with aspect ratio different than 1.0 is presented. Methods for engineering and manufacturing nanomaterials' size, shape, surface area, morphology, surface characteristics, surface composition, distribution, and degree of agglomeration are discussed. The methods taught includes the use of surfactants, dispersants, emulsifying agents in order to prepare precursors, which are then processed into novel nanoscale particle morphologies.

Both phases have low solid solubility mutually, chemical reactions are not easily caused between both phases, and even if chemical reactions are caused between both phases, different phase to disturb mixed conductivity is not formed. And it has high oxygen permeability, and does not easily cause aged deterioration.

摘要： The invention describes a method of preparing magnetic ferrites from layered precursors in which Fe2+ is first introduced into the layers of layered double hydroxides (LDHs) in order to prepare Me-Fe2+—Fe3+ LDHs, and then by utilizing the easily oxidized nature of Fe2+, binary or multi-component ferrite materials containing Fe3+ in a single crystalline phase can be prepared. Values of the saturation magnetization of ferrites prepared by the method are significantly increased compared with ferrites prepared by traditional methods. Because the metal elements in the layered precursor have the characteristics of a high degree of dispersion, high activity and small particle size (average particle size 40-200 nm), no milling is required before calcination, thus simplifying the production process, shortening the production period, reducing capital investment in equipment and economizing on energy costs. In addition, the method does not corrode production equipment and does not pollute the environment.
