摘要： A system for providing automatic feedback and adjusting transmittal pulling force for transporting glass fragment, where the system comprises a delivery machine, a glass broken machine and a recycle box. The glass fragment is transmitted by the delivery machine and triturated by the glass broken machine, and the triturated glass fragment is then transported to the recycle box, the delivery machine comprises a driving motor, a conveyer belt and two driving rollers, where the conveyer belt surrounds the two driving rollers, the driving rollers are driven by the driving motor to rotate the conveyer belt, and the glass fragment on the conveyer belt is transported into the glass broken machine for triturating and recycling.

摘要： Provided is a manufacturing method for a glass sheet, including: fusing a glass ribbon (G) by irradiating the glass ribbon (G) with a laser (L) along a preset cutting line (X), which is a boundary between a product portion (G1) to be used as a product and a non-product portion (G2) to be discarded, and jetting an assist gas (A) onto molten glass (M) generated by melting the glass ribbon (G) through heating with the laser (L) so as to remove the molten glass (M) by scattering the molten glass (M); and breaking the non-product portion (G2) so as to discard the non-product portion (G2), the assist gas (A) being jetted from the product portion (G1) side with respect to the preset cutting line (X), to thereby cause scattered pieces of the molten glass (M) to adhere to the non-product portion (G2) as pieces of dross (D).

摘要： A system for automatic feedback and adjust transmittal pulling force of the glass fragment comprises a delivery machine, a glass broken machine and a recycle box, the glass fragment is transmitted by the delivery machine and triturated by the glass broken machine, and then transported them to the recycle box, the delivery machine comprises a driving motor, a conveyer belt and a driving roller, the conveyer belt is surrounded between the driving rollers, the driving roller is turn round by the driving of the driving motor to lead the conveyer belt rotating at the same time, and then the glass fragment on the conveyer belt could be transported into the glass broken machine for triturating and recycling. Additional, an electromagnetic control system is provided for automatic adjusting transmittal pulling force of the conveyer belt depends on the distance between the two driving rollers, which is connecting with the driving roller.

摘要： In one embodiment a method of steering a glass web includes directing the glass web in a conveyance direction on a web conveyance pathway, contacting at least one surface of the glass web with at least one wheel of at least one idler roller, the at least one wheel of the at least one idler roller having an axis of rotation parallel to a surface of the glass web, detecting an angle between a centerline of the glass web and the conveyance direction with an angle measurement device, and modifying an orientation of the at least one idler roller and the at least one wheel about an axis of rotation substantially orthogonal to the web conveyance pathway to shift the glass web based on a detected angle between the centerline of the glass web and the conveyance direction of the web conveyance pathway.
