    • The closure serves to tightly close the charging hole of a liquid container. It enables the container to be punctured at the charging hole. The closure is provided with a pressure equalising valve. A tapping bush of an elastic material has a an axial puncturing channel and an axial pressure equalising channel disposed adjacent to, and spaced from, one another, puncturing channel and the pressure equalising channel terminating at an end face of the tapping bush next to one another. A flap is integrally articulated to the tapping bush, the flap in its closed position covering the end face, closing the open ends of the channels in a splash-water tight manner, and blocking the pressure equalising channel in a pressure tight manner. The flap can be manually tilted up and down to unblock the pressure equalising channel more or less, thereby actuating the pressure equalising valve.

    • A floating fluid inlet that adjusts to the level of a beverage within a soda keg or similar container. The floating fluid inlet is constructed preferably of stainless steel and food grade plastic tubing. By rotating its inlet port aperture from downward facing when the soda keg is full of a beverage, to upward facing when the soda keg is nearly empty, the floating fluid inlet avoids picking up sediment from the bottom of the soda keg. The principal components are a tube that connects at its one end to the outlet port of a soda keg and at its other end to a pickup tube that is retained within a bracket to which is attached a float. The pickup tube has an aperture disposed in its sidewall for ingress of a beverage.

    • The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for pouring into a glass (2) in order to reduce the risks of spoiling the wine (3) poured by said apparatus. Vacuum tapping means (10) are sealingly connected to the upper portion (4A) of the vessel (4) and maintain a pressure therein which is between a first predetermined value P1 lower than the atmospheric pressure and a predetermined value P2 lower than P1, and liquid tapping means (20) are sealingly connected to the lower portion (4B) of the vessel and pump liquid from said lower portion up to an area for pouring into a glass. The vacuum tapping means includes a vacuum source (11) for lowering the pressure in the upper portion (4A) of the vessel (4) to P1 and vacuum partial-compensation means (14) adapted for feeding a gaseous fluid into the upper portion of the vessel when the pressure in said upper portion is lower than P2.
