摘要： The present invention provides a movable load bearing structure with a surface that includes antimicrobial agents capable of eliminating, preventing, retarding or minimizing the growth of microbes and also minimizing cross-contamination when the load bearing structure is being reused for cargos that differ from a previously transported cargo, for example, different food types, such as poultry, fresh vegetables, and fresh fruit. The load bearing structure may be a dunnage platform or a container for storing and/or shipping cargo.

摘要： Method and apparatus for securing a pallet, crate, or similar shipping containers against pilferage utilizing a seal which is from now on referred to as a Pallet Seal. A pallet seals includes of one or more parts, having one or more locking devices. The seal can be secured against the clip on the pallet banding, completely covering and protecting the clip from tampering. The seal can have specific seal number and marking, color, or other features that makes it almost impossible to duplicate. Further the seal can have the capability to include RFID tags, Bar Code, and or custom marking and can be applied to the banding clips without a use of any tool or secondary seal or number.

The first strap and/or a second similar strap may be used to secure the open box structure and freight within the open box structure to a pallet.

The support can be either located below a first tier of the roll stock, placed between tiers of roll stock, or secured above the top tier, all to provide a stacked arrangement of the roll stock that is especially suited for storage or transport. The roll support is preferably formed from a resinous plastic, polymeric material, such as PET that includes a plurality of curved cradles and each curved cradle is sized for receiving a roll of cylindrical stock. A multiple of the support bodies combine to support a multiple of the rolls of cylindrical stock in a tiered array. Each support body can substantially support the weight of each roll of cylindrical stock received within its curved cradles. The roll supports are manufactured in thin, nestable configurations, and can be stored with a minimum of nested stack height.

The enclosure may have attached to it first and second straps which can be used to securely attach the enclosure to freight or to a collection of freight. The first and second straps each may have a first end which is in the form of a loop and a second end which is attached to an attachment device. The first and second straps can be connected together to attach the enclosure to the freight. First and second metal plates may be provided to further prevent the enclosure from being separated from the collection of freight. Locks with unique serial numbers may be provided for locking the first and second straps together. A method is disclosed comprising placing such an enclosure over a collection freight, and securing said enclosure to said freight.
