摘要： A container assembly for carrying and pouring flowable materials and that includes a bucket that is defined by a closed bottom portion, an upstanding side portion, and an upper rim area that at least partially defines an open top. A handle is attached near the upper rim area and a plurality of gripping surfaces are located in the closed bottom portion of the bucket and/or defined by the side portion to permit multiple means of gripping the container. The container includes one or more posts or feet that facilitate a stacked and only partially nested association between containers oriented in a vertically stacked configuration.

摘要： Presented are a spout assembly, bottle and a method of forming. An exemplary spout assembly includes a tubular spout, the cylindrical spout having an endless wall defining a passage, the endless wall having a top open edge fluidly connecting the passage, a bottom open edge fluidly connecting the hollow passage, and at least three vertical ribs extending inwardly from the endless wall within the passage. The spout assembly further includes a tilted trough extending from the bottom open edge circumscribing the tubular spout, the trough having at least one opening located such that fluid flow is directed toward the at least one opening. The spout assembly still further includes a cylindrical side wall extending from the tilted trough.

摘要： An apparatus, system and method for storing and picking product in a plastic tote are disclosed. In one form, the tote is a plastic receptacle with a generally planar bottom and upstanding walls extending from the bottom and defining a receptacle opening on a side opposite the bottom, the upstanding walls forming a front wall, opposing side walls and a rear wall, with the walls extending from the bottom at an obtuse angle so that the receptacle tapers from a larger cross-section at the receptacle opening to a smaller cross-section at the bottom, and with at least one upstanding wall defining a first male or female mating structure for aligning with a second female or male mating structure of a second plastic receptacle when nested with the second plastic receptacle. Related systems and methods are also disclosed including without limitation pick and pack systems and methods.

The sidewalls may extend substantially perpendicularly upward from the base portion to define a tool repository between the sidewalls. Each of the sidewalls may include a lift-handle assembly that includes a first handle and a second handle. Each of the sidewalls may include at least one recessed portion configured to receive at least one of the first handle or the second handle. The first and second handles may be rotatable between a rest position and a transport position such that the at least one of the first handle or the second handle extends through a plane defined by one of the sidewalls when in the transport position and does not extend through the plane when in the rest position.

摘要： The invention provides a synthetic resin container with a plurality of handgrips on its top face and a manufacturing method for such a container. The plurality of handgrips, as well as a metal cap opening, are molded in advance as insertion components. After heating the fusion portions of the insertion components, the insertion components are disposed parallel to the direction in which a parison is to be placed. Thereafter, a parison is placed into dies, and the dies are clamped. Air is blown into the parison through the metal cap opening to fuse the parison and the insertion components.

摘要： A moldable threaded container and placement rail system which includes a moldable container formed with an annular sidewall forming a cylindrical member, threaded on the open end and a closed bottom surface on the opposite end. A receptacle such as a recessed notch or slot is formed so as not to extend beyond the plane of the bottom surface. The receptacle is configured to allow placement of the container on a rail secured to a store shelf display unit for ideal positioning of the product content label while reducing the labor content required for stocking and restocking products for display on store shelving. The receptacle configuration will also allow using a common household item, such as a pencil, to act as a lever to assist in untightening or retightening the closure on the container. The container is easily moldable and allows containers to be stacked one on top of another when placed in a cardboard box for shipment.
