    • A person rides the Tri-Axial Control Device standing on pedal assemblies. The pedal assemblies are attached to a control axial member thus forming the Tri-Axial Control Device. The control axial member on the vertical stick, can rotate fore and aft, and turns the front skis and/or wheels. Changing the angle of the vertical stick side-to-side changes the pedal angle. If the rider falls forward the front stick can rotate away. Various torsion controls rod assemblies and pedal assemblies can be utilized to create a unique tri axial device. The device can be folded, is lightweight and can be manufactured without welding. No special equipment or training is required to operate the device. In addition to its entertainment uses, the mounting device for portable electronics can also be used for added safety by adding a global positioning system or other electronic signal device, allowing safety personnel to locate the rider.

    • The Snow Ski-Bike comprises a main frame similar to the ones used on today's downhill type mountain bikes. It features a suspension system and ski pivot assembly removably connected to the main frame. The main frame does not incorporate a drive system or form of self propulsion as it is primarily designed to be carried to the top of the mountain by ski lift. The ski pivot assemblies are each equipped with horizontal return pivot shocks, hydraulically controlled brakes, and dual retractable traction fins for each ski. These components will serve as an integral part which will support The Snow Ski-Bike main frame on the snow covered ground. This provides a versatile arrangement that suitably combines stability, agility, and the ability to reach high speeds on various types of snow or ice covered terrains.

    • A steerable snow scooter including a bi-laterally pivotable independent forward portion, a hand-operable direction controller, and an independent rearward portion in secured communication with the forward portion and having a support surface upon which to stand. Preferably, the forward portion of the snow scooter is angularly adjustable for selecting approach pitch, while the rearward portion includes a brake member. A preferable direction controller is a stem with a handle bar set for grasping and turning by hand. Most preferably, the stem is in axially pivotally attached communication with the forward portion for selectively moving the stem between a generally vertical and a generally horizontal orientation to thereby permit folding upon the snow scooter for easy carrying and transport. The steerable snow scooter so defined permits the user thereof to easily ride and maneuver over a snow surface for an enjoyable experience.
