摘要： A vehicle wheel includes an annular rim defining an axis and inboard and outboard sides. The rim includes an outboard bead seat, an inboard bead seat, an outboard well flank connected to the outboard bead seat and extending radially inwardly and towards the inboard side of the rim, and an inboard well flank connected to the inboard bead seat and extending radially inwardly and towards the outboard side of the rim. The rim further includes a well portion defined between the outboard and inboard well flanks, wherein the well portion is formed by a plurality of curved and straight portions linked together. The well portion has at least three transition portions having varying thickness cross-sectional profiles. A wheel disc is secured to the rim. The wheel disc includes a hub located centrally within the wheel disc and has a plurality of bolt holes formed therein.

摘要： A vehicle wheel includes a rim having an inner peripheral surface, and a center disc. The center disc includes a disc portion, and an arm plate portion extending radially outward from the disc portion. The arm plate portion includes an outer boundary defined by a plurality of arc outer peripheral surfaces and a plurality of concave boundary surfaces. The plurality of arc outer peripheral surfaces have a radius equal to a radius of the inner peripheral surface of the rim. The plurality of arc outer peripheral surfaces are joined to the inner peripheral surface of the rim at a weld attachment interface to produce a plurality of holes defined by the plurality of concave boundary surfaces and the inner peripheral surface of the rim.

The rigid wheel includes a radially outer rim wall, a plurality of mounting elements, and a plurality of inflatable spacers between the mounting elements. The flexible tire may be mounted on the mounting elements of the rigid wheel such that portions of the flexible tire between the mounting elements are separated from the outer rim wall by spaces between the mounting elements and are configured to flex inwardly when subject to ground engaging pressure. The inflatable spacers limit the amount of inward flex of the inwardly flexible portions of the flexible tire.

Along with this, an excess material is pushed into the dent portion (D31) so that a protrusion (51) is formed on a front surface of the first hub hole peripheral portion (41).
