摘要： A decorative panel has a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer. The first layer may be transparent, the second layer is fully or partially reflective, and the third layer is partially reflective or transparent. A cavity having an opening in the shape of a design is formed within a portion of the second layer. The opening is configured to allow light to enter the decorative panel through the second layer. The light entering the decorative panel will be outputted by the third layer in a shape substantially similar to the design.

The method includes a pattern forming step of applying an adhesive onto a mother substrate of a glass panel in a prescribed pattern; applying glass powder onto the surface of the mother substrate of the glass panel having the adhesive applied thereonto; hardening the adhesive applied onto the glass panel by heating the glass panel in a state where the glass powder has been applied; heating the glass panel at a temperature lower than a melting point of the glass powder; welding the glass panel at a temperature higher than a melting point of the glass powder but lower than a melting point of the mother substrate of the glass panel; cooling the glass panel; and attaching a prescribed rear surface pattern on a rear surface of the glass panel.

摘要： An image data of an original is recorded on a pixel unit to a computer and the recorded image data of the computer is applied with image processing to form a subtractive color image data of predetermined number of color of beads based on the size of a bead picture to be prepared and the size of a bead sphere to be used. The substractive color image data is digitalized to the color number on an image pixel unit, and the color number of the digitalized subtractive color image data is indicated on a color number arrangement table of a predetermined size corresponded to the original. A plurality of beads corresponding to the respective color numbers are arranged and supported in a picture frame based on the arrangement of the indicated color numbers thereby completing a bead picture. A transparent resin solution that cures at a normal temperature or at an elevated temperature is cast into the gap between bead groups arranged in the picture frame and the transparent resin in the gap between the beads is integrally cured with the inner surface of the front and rear transparent plates to be formed into a bead supporting and receiving portion.
