摘要： A panel has at least one viewing window cut made in a front sheet to view illustrations and/or texts or cover them. It has a support sheet glued behind the front sheet; a booklet is fixed on the support sheet, in correspondence to the window, and being smaller than the window so that it can be leafed through via that window, and a sliding shutter is placed between the support sheet and the front sheet, to close the window, in its covering position, and hide the booklet, with the sliding shutter being held in parallel guides situated between the front sheet and the support sheet very close to two opposite sides of the window. Application in particular to making books formed by assembly of several panels.

The electronic passport has a cover sheet and a data sheet. The cover sheet has a layer made of fabric, an electronic inlay and an internal flyleaf layer and embedding an electronic data storage means provided with an antenna for radio transmission. The data sheet is made by a first and a second layer of plastic material. The data sheet defines a data page bearing identification data of a subject and a connecting page made fixed with the cover sheet, and also comprises an intermediate layer of flexible material extending at the center line of sewing.

The orthographic patterns found in English single-syllable words and syllables are shown using color-coded sets of pages, each imprinted with a letter or letter cluster comprising vowels, r—controlled vowels, vowel teams, initial and final consonants and consonant digraphs, initial and final consonant blends, or either of two silent es—“marvelous e” and “not so marvelous e.” Sets of prefix and suffix pages are also used, along with a schwa page, to indicate the sound of an unaccented vowel. Like letters, or letter clusters, can be substituted for each other in flipbook fashion, consonants for consonants and vowels for vowels, so that by rotating various flipbook pages, hat can be changed to hot, or hop, or chop.
