摘要： A method of manufacturing a printing blanket without wrinkles in a sheet is provided, the printing blanket including an elastic body and a sheet bonded to a surface thereof, the method being configured to press a surface of the sheet against a surface to be printed, to perform printing, and including: fixing the sheet at a periphery of a region of the sheet to be bonded to the elastic body; mounting the elastic body to oppose a bonding surface of the elastic body to a bonding surface of the fixed sheet; applying an adhesive to at least one of the bonding surface of the sheet or the bonding surface of the elastic body; and pressing the bonding surface of the sheet and the bonding surface of the elastic body against each other to bring the sheet into close contact with the elastic body through intermediation of the adhesive while stretching the sheet along the surface of the elastic body.

摘要： A printing jig system that includes a maintaining jig able to maintain an article for a first processing step and that is also used to maintain and align the article for a subsequent printing process step. In order to effectively be used for a first processing step and a second printing process step, a support portion supports the article in locations otherwise left unsupported by a processing aperture of the maintaining jig. The processing aperture is configured to facilitate the first processing step, such as steaming of the article. The print support portion is configured to extend through the processing aperture of the maintaining jig The maintaining jig and the print support portion are aligned and maintained relative to each other and a printing machine by a base plate adapted to removeably secure and align the maintaining jig and the print support portion.

摘要： A method for printing on a curved surface and a printed curved surface body using the method. The method includes the steps of: applying printing ink having a viscosity of 5-500 PaS, preferably 5-250 PaS, to a protrusion portion of a relief printing master plate 3 which is a flat plate with the protrusion portion 0.1-50 μm high, preferably 0.1-25 μm high in height h; pressing a rubber or rubbery roll-like elastic blanket 2 having an elastic portion whose thickness T has a relation of 2H≦T≦8H with respect to a level difference H of a to-be-printed curved surface body 10 and which has a hardness (JIS A-scale) of 3-40, preferably 3-20, onto the relief printing master plate 3 supplied with the printing ink while applying constant pressure to the roll-like elastic blanket 2 and smoothly rotating the roll-like elastic blanket 2, so as to transfer the printing ink to an outer circumferential surface of the roll-like elastic blanket 2; and moving the roll-like elastic blanket 2 having the printing ink transferred thereto, and bringing the roll-like elastic blanket 2 into rotational pressure contact with a surface of the to-be-printed curved surface body 10 so as to perform printing thereon.

摘要： Apparatus for printing an indicium on objects, fruits and the like with an ink which may or may not be water soluble, but which is preferably of a type which may be readily consumed by humans without damaging effect, the fruit being successively pre-oriented and delivered by a conveyor to a printing station where inked printing dies carried by a printing roller are utilized to apply the indicia, after which the fruit is then discharged from the conveyor in a free-fall trajectory path onto a receiver, an air-brush type nozzle being utilized to jet-spray the indicium with a quick drying sealant coating as the fruit is moved through the trajectory path. The spray nozzle is directed towards a collecting opening having a connection with a suction source. Also, a selector valve is provided to permit disconnection of the coating material supply to the nozzle, and connection of the nozzle to a supply of cleaning solvent.
