摘要： A mounting assembly for mounting a seat to a toilet having a base with a pair of mounting holes includes a base member, a first member and a second member. The first member is for insertion into a first of the pair of mounting holes. The first member interconnected to the base member. The second member is for insertion into a second of the pair of mounting holes. The second member is interconnected to the base member and spaced apart from the first member by a horizontal distance. At least one of the first and second members is operative for clamping the mounting assembly to the toilet in a vertical direction.

The method for manufacturing a toilet seat includes: a primary injecting operation to inject a resin into an upper injection mold and a lower injection mold to injection mold an upper body and a lower body constituting a toilet seat body; a heater mounting operation to mount a heater on one surface of the upper body by using a heater jig; a secondary injecting operation to inject a resin in a state in which the upper body and the lower body are brought into contact with each other, to close a gap in the toilet seat body; and a toilet seat body extracting operation to extract the toilet seat body from the upper injection mold and the lower injection mold.

Toilet components comprising this thermoplastic resin composition are also provided.The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) a thermoplastic resin and, per 100 weight parts thereof, (B) 2 to 40 weight parts of an organic flame retardant, 0.1 to 2 weight parts of a component (D), and as desired, (C) 0.1 to 20 weight parts of a flame retardant synergist, wherein the component (D) satisfies the following condition:condition: the component (D) is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of polyolefin-based waxes, alcohols, carboxylic acids, and esters, and having a melting point of not more than 100° C. and an HLB value of not more than 5.The toilet components and so forth comprise this thermoplastic resin composition.
