摘要： The invention relates to a laser head (11) for connecting tubular parts (1, 3, 12, 13) by the laser transmission method and to a method of connecting the tubular parts (1, 3, 12, 13) by means of the laser head (11). The laser head (11) and the method that can be performed by the laser head (11) are suitable in particular for connecting a connecting element or branching element (1) to one end of a plastic pipe (3). The laser head (11) makes simultaneous welding possible and has at least two shell parts (16) that can be radially separated from each other so that the laser head (11) can be placed around a connecting section (4) or a connecting region (15) of the tubular parts (1, 3, 12, 13). A number of laser sources (17) are arranged in the shell parts (16) in such a way that the laser beams (7) emerging from the laser sources (17) overlap at the connecting section (4) or at the connecting region (15) of the parts (1, 3, 12, 13).

摘要： A quick connector coupling comprising a connector body, a primary retainer, a secondary retainer and a male member having a radially enlarged upset. The connector body includes a stem and a separate cap permanently secured to the stem. The stem defines an axially extending through bore and includes an annular rib located radially outward of the bore. The cap defines an annular groove located radially outward of the bore. The annular rib of the stem is positioned in the annular groove of the cap. The cap is spin welded to the stem to permanently secure the cap to the stem. The connector body further defines two annular abutment surfaces. The primary retainer and the secondary retainer are located axially in between the two annular abutment surfaces of the connector body. The primary retainer has a ring and two primary retainer arm located axially forward of the ring. Each primary retainer arm is in abutting relationship with the upset. The secondary retainer has a ring and two secondary retainer arms located axially rearward of the ring. Each secondary retainer arm is located circumferentially in between two primary retainer arms and in abutting relationship with the upset.

摘要： A pipe connector has a coupling with a first cylindrical land, a second cylindrical land, and a third cylindrical land. There is a first annular recess defined between the first cylindrical land and the second cylindrical land, and a second annular recess defined between the second cylindrical land and the third cylindrical land. A gate channel communicates between the two recesses through the second cylindrical land. Circumferential seals extend around the first and third cylindrical lands. A cement injection port communicates between the outside of the connector and the first recess, and a cement vent port communicates between the outside of the connector and the second recess. In use, a pipe is inserted into the coupling to rest upon the three lands, and cement is forced into the injection port. The cement flows circumferentially around the first annular recess, through the gate opening, circumferentially around the second annular recess, and out through the vent port. The seals prevent the cement from flowing out of the interior of the connector.

摘要： A quick connect coupling for tubing. The coupling includes a tubular male connector member adapted to be telescopically received within a tubular female connector member. The female connector member includes a tubular housing and a tubular retainer cap which is permanently bonded to the housing utilizing a sonic welding technique and which defines prong portions for latching coaction with an annular bead on the male member. The coupling further includes a unitary elastomeric seal positioned in a bore of the female member housing and defining a series of axially spaced, radially inwardly extending seal ribs slidably and sealingly engaging the outer circumferential surface of the male connector member.

摘要： A hose connecting assembly comprises a connecting tube 1 made of a resin, flexible hoses 21, 22 and 23 each having a reinforced layer which is braided with reinforcing threads, into which the connecting tube 1 is inserted, and a resin cover 3 which covers coupling portions between the hoses and the connecting tube integrally therewith. The cover 3 is formed by molding and includes a reinforcing filler and has a post-shrinkage factor of 0.2 to 0.9%. The hoses have inner diameters which have been increased 10 to 30% by the insertion of the connecting tube 1 thereto. Stress cracks are prevented from occurring and high sealing pressure is provided.

The welding sleeve portion has at least one radial incision extending in axial direction. By means of a clamping nut, the welding sleeve portion can be braced together with the heating elements against a tubular piece inserted in the welding sleeve portion. As a result, the pieces are fixed and supported before and during welding.
