The method includes causing a second gate (49) of second molds (40) and (41) for molding the soft portion (20) to open at a position substantially equally distant from positions of two communicating openings (48a) of a non-slip molding space (47) for molding the non-slip portion (22), the two communicating openings (48a) communicating with connecting portion molding spaces (48) for molding the connecting portions (23); and charging the elastomeric material from the second gate (49) into a second molding space (42) for molding the soft portion (20) to fill the molding space (42).

摘要： A method for producing a clamping member of a hair clip includes filling a plastic material into a cavity defined by a fixed mold and a movable mold, forming a clamping member. The plastic material in rectilinear passages and grooves in the movable mold form teeth on a clamping portion of the clamping member. Then, the movable mold disengages from the fixed mold with the clamping member remaining on the movable mold. Next, the clamping member is moved away from the movable mold by a distance. The plastic material in each groove becomes an elongated section. Before the plastic material completely cures, the clamping member completely disengages from the movable mold. The elongated section of each tooth bends downwards due to gravitational force and completely cures to form a hooked section. The remaining portion of each tooth forms a rectilinear section interconnected between the hooked section and the clamping portion.

摘要： The invention proposes a precision brushing and combing device, allowing a top-quality, consistent, faultless and industrial implementation. To do this, the invention provides a geometrical bristle structure adjusted with precision distance-wise and angle-wise with respect to a reference, as well as dimension-wise, with mold implementation by wire spark erosion.In an example embodiment, the plastic-injection tool comprises at least one block assembly consisting of several steel plates, at least one row of cavities each intended to form the main portion of a bristle, machined either side of the surface separating two adjacent plates, and a closing-up element, disposed at the end of at least one row of cavities, in order to form the free end surface of the bristles. A space of calibrated thickness is made between the plates forming the main portion of the bristle and the plate or bar forming the free end surface of the bristle, so as to allow the air to escape at the time of the injection whilst avoiding leakage of plastic. An ejection mechanism is provided for extracting the device from the cavity after solidification of the plastic.

摘要： A container closure includes a cap for sealing a container against leakage, and a brush-like pliable member for spreading contents of the container. The cap includes a top wall, an internally threaded skirt depending from perimetrical portions of the top wall, and a stem depending from a central portion of the top wall. The brush includes a paddle-shaped member or a plurality of bristles which depend below the stem for brushing the contents of the container onto a surface. The cap and the brush are formed as a one-piece structure. A method of forming the one-piece cap and brush includes the step of molding the cap using a specially configured mold which has at least three relatively movable parts for defining a mold cavity and for effecting a pop-off type of ejection of the threaded skirt from the mold once the integral cap and brush have been molded. The brush bristles can have relatively large diameters as molded, and can be elongated after molding as by stretching to reduce their diameters and to give bristles of proper pliability.
