摘要： An injection molding device with a middle mold part arranged in a first direction between first and second outer mold parts that are linearly movable with respect to the middle mold part in the first direction between open and closed positions. One or more side face regions of the middle mold part is configured to receive and hold in a lateral position a cavity module from outside of the injection mold during injection molding. A first cavity arranged in the cavity module at least in the closed position of the injection mold communicates with a first cavity half of a second cavity. At least one of the outer mold parts includes a second half of the second cavity, which interacts with the first half to form the second cavity to receive a liquefied plastic material and to form a second component interconnected to the first component.

摘要： An injection molding method of a part for vehicle interiors includes arranging a mold having a first injection chamber defining in negative a base of the part. Thermoplastic material is injected into the first chamber and the base is extracted from the first chamber and placed in a second injection chamber. A lining film is inserted in the second chamber and deforming it to arrange the film on an outer surface thereof, adhering to an esthetic wall of the second chamber opposite a functional wall. An intermediate plastic layer is injected in a gap between an inner wall of the base facing the lining film, and an inner surface of the lining film opposite the outer surface to create a single sandwich structure. The intermediate layer is between the lining film and the base, has lower hardness than the base and forms a yielding padding for the lining film.

摘要： The invention relates to a device and a method for producing plastic moldings from at least two different sub-elements (15; 16) that includes first and second mold halves (3) and a rotatable center block (6) with center and third mold halves (8; 17) interposed therebetween. The center and third mold halves define first and second parting planes with the first and second mold halves. First cavities are defined in the first parting plane, into which a first plastic component is introduced to produce preforms (12). When the first parting plane is opened, the performs (12) remain on the center mold halves (8) and are brought into the second parting plane when the center block (6) is rotated, in which second parting plane second cavities are at least partially defined by the preforms (12), into which a second plastic component is introduced and first sub-elements (15) are produced. Second sub-elements (16) are produced in the additional cavities. When the second parting plane is opened, the sub-elements (15; 16) remain on the center and third mold halves (8) and are rotated into a lateral assembly position when the center block (6) is rotated.

摘要： In an aspect, an injection molding machine is provided and incorporates a mold block with a plurality of sides including an injection side at which hollow parts are formed in mold cavities, a first post-mold cooling side whereat the hollow parts are cooled, and a part transfer side where parts are transferred out of the mold block. Optionally additional post-mold cooling sides are provided. A takeout structure is provided to remove the hollow parts from molding cores on the injection side, to transfer the hollow parts to the first post-mold cooling side, and to subsequently transfer the hollow parts to the part transfer side. The takeout structure holds the hollow parts by their neck portions and cools their neck portions.
