摘要： A pivotable rest arrangement for a vehicle interior, and method for producing the rest arrangement. The rest arrangement has a rest body with a cover and a receptacle for a housing shell which is configured for holding at least one drinking vessel, the housing shell having an encircling collar. 摘要： A prefabricated building product structure made of sintered expanded polystyrene includes a composite assembly formed by aggregating steel to the sintered expanded polymeric mass, preferably of high density, and by embedding therein rod-like steel elements, preferably pre-assembled and forming a cage of electrowelded elements. A method of related production includes positioning the rod-like steel elements, preferably pre-assembled forming a cage of electrowelded elements, in the mold for the expansion of the polystyrene, pouring in the mold incoherent granules or pearls obtained from the polymerization of the styrene, with grain size and volume appropriate for the attainment of a high density finished product, expanding and sintering or amassing the incoherent polystyrene through contact with water vapor at a temperature higher than ninety degrees centigrade, and trapping the armor in the monolithic mass thus obtained to attain a solid geometry, according to the mold, of armored sintered expanded polystyrene.

摘要： A foam seating article includes an outer foam layer molded around an inner core of molded foam or expanded polystyrene that includes a lumbar support protrusion. The lumbar support protrusion has a convex outer surface disposed inside the seat back area of the outer foam layer and that is not visible on the outer contour of the seat back area. The inner core is made from polyurethane polyol and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and has a hardness greater than 25 Shore A and a density less than two pounds per cubic foot. The polymer material of the inner core has a hardness greater than that of the outer foam. The outer layer of molded foam is high density (HD) foam, memory foam or latex foam. A fabric covering encloses the inner core and molded outer foam layer. The foam seating article can be a chair, sofa, chaise lounge or bench.

摘要： A method for fabricating emulated wood with pores and fibers, comprising: immersing a plurality of synthetic fibers configured parallel in a plane into a resin so that the resin is coated on the surfaces of the plurality of synthetic fibers and in the gaps between the plurality of synthetic fibers; placing the plurality of synthetic fibers between two sheets, wherein the two sheets are planar sheets made from a uniform composition comprising a thermoplastic elastomer, a foaming agent, and a crosslinking agent; carrying out a heat-press process on the two sheets so that the foaming agent undergoes microcellular foaming and forms dense closed pores in the two sheets, and so that the composition on inner surfaces of the two sheets expands towards the plurality of synthetic fibers and penetrates through the gaps between the plurality of synthetic fibers; and cooling the two sheets to yield an emulated wood board.

The foamed thermoplastic shell is formed from a thermoplastic encapsulant comprising a thermoplastic resin and a filler and is foamed with a foaming agent.
