摘要： A system and process for producing a variety of dry mix construction and ancillary construction materials (DMC) with improved structural properties. The system and process employs a material classification unit (204) that classifies at least one of plurality of raw materials (A, B, . . . N) based on their particle size and physical properties. These classified raw materials are stored separately in material handling compartments (260) and are selected according to the construction grade requirements of the end user. The invention further involves the use of a material selection unit (210) which controls the functioning of various components of present invention. The system and process also provides reutilization of industrial waste products like fly ash, blast furnace slag to produce a variety of construction and ancillary construction materials.

摘要： A batcher plant for producing ready-mixed concrete is miniaturized by disposing, side by side on a trestle, a cement-paste making unit with cement measuring means and a stationary cement-paste mixer and an aggregate processing unit with fine and coarse aggregate receptacles. Cement paste prepared by the cement-paste making unit is admitted from the cement-paste mixer into a mixing drum of a truck mixer independently of admission of mixed fine and coarse aggregates quantitatively measured by the aggregate receptacles, so that the loading of concrete materials in the truck mixer can be effectively carried out without loss of efficiency caused by waiting time.

摘要： A batching system for supplying weighted amounts of various aggregates, for instance to a concrete mixer, in which the bins for storing the aggregates and the weighing hoppers have at their bottom discharge ends an elongated slot opposite which is the top run of a conveyor, spaced from said slot and which serves to close the bin or hopper and to convey the material to other equipment in such a way that shearing of the mass of material is effected at the slot level so as to eliminate friction between the conveyor and the material. The weighing hoppers for the various aggregates are arranged in association with a common conveyor which, in combination with the hoppers, effect preliminary mixing of the various aggregates to diminish the mixing time in the concrete mixer.

摘要： An atmospheric storage mechanical weigh batch blend plant is shown with atmospheric storage for providing a dry, pre-blend, oilfield cement ready for mixing at the wellhead for slurry injection into a well head upon adding the proper amount of water and other fluids. The batch blend plant has three separate weighing mechanisms for (a) larger or bulk quantity materials, (b) intermediate quantities of materials, and (c) small amounts of additives to be included to the mixture. The entire weigh batch blend plant can be disassembled and moved. A pneumatic system is used to move the materials and mixture.
