In some examples, the component forming machine can include a platform configured to receive a lower die that supports a plurality of components for forming and includes a void through which at least some of the plurality of components pass subsequent to the forming, a die press positioned above the lower die and configured to lower an upper die to exert downward pressure on the plurality of components to form unformed components and formed components, and a separation system. In some examples, the separation system is configured to interact with the lower die to permit the formed components to fall into the void and prevent the unformed components from falling into the void.

The frame assembly comprises a frame member and at least one adapter member. The drive assembly is configured to displace the press assembly relative to the frame assembly such that operation of the drive assembly displaces the first stud relative to the wheel flange. The adapter member is supported by the frame member and engages at least one of the wheel flange and a second wheel stud to support the press assembly in a desired orientation relative to the primary wheel stud when the drive assembly displaces the first stud relative to the stud opening.

摘要： An apparatus for dislodging stuck blades in a turbine engine. The apparatus includes a housing, cam structure, and impact structure. The housing is capable of being temporarily secured to a blade disc structure adjacent to a stuck blade to be dislodged. The cam structure is associated with the housing and is adapted to receive an input torque that rotates the cam structure, the cam structure capable of translating the input torque into an impact force, the impact force including a component in a desired direction. The impact structure is associated with the housing and is capable of receiving the impact force from the cam structure and exerting the impact force on a root area of the stuck blade for dislodging the stuck blade from the blade disc structure non-destructively.
