摘要： A heat exchanger for cooling a liquid has an inlet and an outlet for a liquid to be cooled. A bypass is provided that bypasses the heat exchanger. A valve controls flow of liquid into the heat exchanger or into the bypass. The valve has a valve seat, a valve cone, and at least one spring made of a shape memory material. The at least one spring counteracts a liquid pressure existing in the inlet.

摘要： A method for cooling a computer uses thermal coupling for conveying heat from powered components of an electronic system. A fluid heat-exchanger is attached to the surface of the electronic system and filled with fluid coolant. A vacuum is applied between the heat-exchanger and the surface to seal the heat-exchanger to the electronic system. The fluid coolant is circulated through the heat-exchanger to convey heat from the fluid to an external cooling apparatus.

In especially preferred aspects, dedicated C2+ exchangers are integrated to exclusively cool the feed gas to produce a cooled absorber feed and to produce two separate absorber reflux streams. During C2+ recovery, absorber reflux is provided by a portion of the residue gas and a portion of the feed gas, while during C3+ recovery absorber and distillation column reflux are provided by the distillation column overhead product.

摘要： To provide a protective coat on a refrigerated sample collector for a corrosive environment a unitary frame includes a support unit with condenser and evaporator coils mounted to the support unit and an orifice connecting the condenser and evaporator coils. The evaporator coils, condenser coils and a restrictor are powder coated after being connected, whereby an effective seal is provided for the restrictor, condenser coils and evaporator coils after they are assembled to the support. The unitary frame can be easily removed or connected as a unit to the sample collector. The bottle rack for the sample collector is made by injection molding two halves of the rack each of which has a matching surface and a bottle positioning surface. The matching surfaces are fastened together by placing the matching surfaces together back to back whereby locating members are spaced apart a sufficient distance.

摘要： The present invention relates to a flat plate heat pipe and a method for manufacturing the same. The heat pipe includes a flattened pipe whose inner surface is coated with a wick structure layer. The interior of the flattened pipe is provided with a sintered supporting layer and a working fluid. The sintered supporting layer has a plurality of posts arranged in the flattened pipe to vertically support therein. With this arrangement, the thickness of the pipe can be reduced but the whole structural strength can be maintained to prevent deformation. Further, a return path for the working fluid can be provided in the pipe. By only sealing two sides of the pipe, a sealed chamber can be formed for the operation of the working fluid. By the inventive method, the manufacturing process can be simplified and a larger space inside the chamber can be obtained.
