摘要： Olefin separation processes may comprise: introducing a first aqueous salt stream and a mixed feed stream comprising at least one olefin to a salt ion membrane; obtaining an olefin-rich permeate stream and an olefin-lean retentate stream from the salt ion membrane, at least the olefin-lean retentate stream comprising a salt ion membrane aqueous salt phase; introducing the olefin-lean retentate stream to a separation device to obtain a first portion comprising a hydrocarbon stream and a second portion comprising the salt ion membrane aqueous salt phase; introducing to an absorption device the hydrocarbon stream and a second aqueous salt stream under conditions effective to promote olefin extraction, in which the salt ion membrane aqueous salt phase is provided as a portion of the second aqueous salt stream; and obtaining an olefin-rich aqueous salt stream from the absorption device that is provided as at least a portion of the first aqueous salt stream.

摘要： A system and method recover process gas from a source volume at a source pressure to a destination volume at an equal or greater pressure. A regulation process receive the process gas from the source volume and steps down the pressure. Each regulation uses one or more stage each using a pressure control valve for pressure step down and a heat exchanger for reheating the process gas thereafter. A gas scrubber receives the process gas from the regulation stages and collecting liquid from the process gas. A compression process receives the process gas from the gas scrubber and steps up the intermediate pressure to a final pressure. The compression can use one or more compression stages, each having a compression cycle for pressure step up and a heat exchanger for cooling the process gas thereafter. A discharge vessel receives the process gas from the compression process and discharges the process gas at the final pressure to the destination volume. The final pressure is equal to or greater than the destination pressure.

The carbon dioxide capture and carbon resource recovery system for land use can reduce carbon dioxide by capturing carbon dioxide in flue gas discharged from lands, such as thermal power plants, LNG, LPG, or fuel cell facilities, and by converting the collected carbon dioxide into sodium carbonate or sodium hydrogen carbonate, the collected carbon dioxide may be converted into other useful materials.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for inhibiting the formation of dioxin-like compounds in solid waste incineration flue gases, belonging to the field of cleaning of solid waste incineration flue gases. In accordance with the present invention, when incineration flue gases cool down to 500˜450° C., the flue gases are introduced into an inhibition reactor where copper chlorides in flue gas particulates mix and react with inhibitors to convert into copper metaphosphate so as to inactivate the copper chlorides which can catalyze the formation of dioxin-like compounds and control dioxin-like compound pollutants in incineration flue gases at the source. Compared with the prior art, the invention can effectively control the main formation ways of dioxin-like compounds in solid waste incineration flue gases by optimizing inhibitors and reaction conditions. The method of the invention does not affect the residual heat utilization of solid waste incineration flue gases, so solid waste incineration has a better resource utilization effect. The ammonium dihydrogen phosphate inhibitor used in the invention has the advantages of high inhibition efficiency, strong operability, low cost and environment protection, providing the technology with good application feasibility.

摘要： A horizontal scrubber may be configured for removal of sulfur dioxide and particulate matter from a gaseous stream derived from the combustion of biomass, including, for example, sugar cane bagasse. The scrubber may include a horizontally disposed housing including an inlet configured to receive a gas stream derived from combusted biomass and an outlet. The scrubber may further include a manifold of liquid nozzles disposed within the housing that are configured to provide a spray of liquid droplets in a co-current orientation to the gas stream. An array of tubes may be oriented adjacent to the manifold of liquid nozzles and may be configured to receive the gas stream and liquid droplets from the nozzle array, but providing minimal resistance to material flow. To encourage flow, members of the tube array may include circular walls with a substantially uniform cross section.
