摘要： An integrated radiopharmaceutical patient treatment system is disclosed including a patient support platform with an associated patient stimulus apparatus, an imager proximate the patient support platform, a radiopharmaceutical fluid delivery system for infusing a radiopharmaceutical fluid into a patient, a patient monitor to be associated with a patient, and an integrated system controller operably associated with the patient stimulus apparatus, imager, radiopharmaceutical fluid delivery system, and patient monitor to control and coordinate their operations. Within the patient treatment system the radiopharmaceutical fluid delivery system may be included comprising a radionuclide supply module, a radiopharmaceutical processing module, a quality control module, a patient injection module, and a controller. A hazardous fluid handling system including a docking station and a hazardous fluid transport device adapted to detachably dock with the docking station is further disclosed.

摘要： A patient treatment system includes one or more automated patient transporters configured to move a patient from a preparation area to one of a plurality of alternative treatment areas, and to position the patient relative to a therapeutic radiation beam. Both transportation of the patient and positioning of the patient are optionally performed while the patient is secured to one of the patient transporters. A control system may be used to both position and transport the patient responsive to a patient treatment plan.

In one implementation, the medical apparatus includes a hadron therapy device adapted for directing a hadron beam having an initial beam energy along a beam path to a target spot located inside a subject of interest; an MRI for acquiring a magnetic resonance (MR) image within an imaging volume having the target spot; a prompt-γ system adapted for acquiring a signal generated by the hadron beam; and a controller configured for computing an actual position of the Bragg peak of the hadron beam, based on the signal acquired by the PG system, and locating the actual position of the Bragg peak on the MR image.

摘要： A breast tomography apparatus includes a gantry incorporating a radiation source and a radiation detector and a breast insert portion which is provided in the gantry and in which the breast as an imaging target is to be inserted. The breast tomography apparatus detects contact between an object and the gantry by using at least one contact detection sensor arranged on the gantry, and determines the insert condition of the breast into the breast insert portion based on the detection of contact between the object and the gantry by the contact detection sensor.

摘要： An X-ray photography apparatus including: a turning arm that supports an X-ray generator and an X-ray detector while the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector are opposed to each other so that a head of a patient can be interposed therebetween; and a moving mechanism that turns the turning arm about a turning axis with respect to the head and moves the turning arm in a direction perpendicular to the turning axis with respect to the head. The X-ray photography apparatus further includes: an image processor that generates an X-ray image based on an electric signal output from the X-ray detector; and a photographic region designation receiving part that designates part of a row of teeth along a dental arch as a pseudo intraoral radiography region. The image processor generates plural tomographic images by applying convolution and filtered back projection to X-ray image data obtained by pseudo intraoral radiography.
