摘要： A system (10) for loading at least one conveyor warewasher (1, 1′) with washware includes a feed conveyor belt (11) for delivering washware to at least one loading region of the conveyor warewasher (1, 1′) and a detection system (15), in particular an optical one, configured to detect at least one of the following parameters of the washware on the feed conveyor belt (11) when delivering the washware (9a, 9b, 9c) to the loading region: (i) a type of the washware, (ii) a degree of soiling of the washware, and/or (iii) an order of the washware and/or an alignment of the washware relative to the feed conveyor belt (11). The detection system (15) has an assigned evaluation device, which is configured to control the delivery of the washware to the at least one loading region as a function of at least one of the detected parameters.

摘要： Dishwashing and dish drying apparatus are disclosed. The apparatus comprises three parallel rods which each have a screw thread on an outer surface. In use, the screw thread on each rod engages with a rim or lip of a dish and when the rods are rotated the dish is caused to move through the apparatus. This allows the whole of the dish to be exposed to a liquid in the dishwashing apparatus or to an air flow in a dish drying apparatus.

摘要： A method for assessing and guaranteeing the thermal hygiene efficiency in a multi-tank dishwasher in which there is at least one sensor that transmits a temperature inside at least one treatment zone to a machine control system, in particular to the control system of the multi-tank dishwasher, the method includes: detecting the temperature inside at least one of the treatment zones by the sensor; determining the heat input applied to the items to be cleaned in at least one of the treatment zones on the basis of the temperature determined; comparing the heat input in the at least one treatment zone with a predefined heat input; and, as a function of the result of the comparison of the heat input values, varying the transport speed of the items to be cleaned through the multi-tank dishwasher, or varying the temperature of at least one of the process parameters acting on the heat input values as a control variable in a control loop for at least one of the treatment zones.

摘要： A removable pawl bar assembly is disclosed for use in dishwashing apparatus. The pawl bar mechanism is disposed in the dishwasher housing for reciprocating movement relative to inlet and outlet ends of the housing and is cooperable with receptacle means for articles to be cleaned to advance the receptacle means, intermittently, in the direction from the inlet toward the outlet end of the housing. Means is provided to support the opposite ends of the pawl bar assembly in a manner whereby the assembly can be reciprocated within the housing and is readily removable from the housing simply by lifting the assembly from the support means and withdrawing the assembly through an access opening in the housing.
