摘要： The present invention relates to a tobacco processing method of a tobacco product for low temperature baking. The method includes mixing and processing tobacco and a metal high-thermal conductor into a finished product with a fixed shape for use in low temperature baking of the tobacco. The method uses high thermal conductivity and plasticity of metal for improving a use effect during low temperature baking and use of the tobacco to be the same as a use effect of traditional combustion. Moreover, carrying, loading and use are very convenient. When the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor are mixed and processed, an addition ratio of the tobacco to the metal high-thermal conductor can be controlled without changing the shape and the volume of a processed finished product to precisely control the use amount of the tobacco, thereby facilitating the control of smoking and scientific smoking cessation.

摘要： A method for oxidizing carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide is provided which utilizes specific supported catalyst particles. The supported catalyst comprises catalyst particles that are supported on particles of an electrically conductive support selected from the group consisting of graphitic carbon and a partially reduced oxide of a transition metal of the Magnéli phase selected from the group consisting of titanium, vanadium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, and mixtures thereof.

摘要： The invention provides a process for preparing a tobacco composition suitable for use as a smokeless tobacco composition, the process including: providing a slurry comprising water and a tobacco material, the slurry comprising at least about 75% by weight water, based on the total weight of the slurry; heating the slurry to a temperature of at least about 60° C. for a time sufficient to pasteurize the tobacco material; adding an amount of a base to the slurry sufficient to raise the pH of the slurry to at least about 8.5, thereby forming a pH-adjusted slurry; and continuing to heat the pH-adjusted slurry to a temperature of at least about 60° C. for a time sufficient for the pH of the slurry to drop at least about 0.5 pH unit following the adding step.

An expanded tobacco stem product prepared according to this method has uniform size and color. Taste is modest and plain when it is combusted, which does not affect the original taste flavour. Expansion volume, the ratio of the expanded stems to the total stems, and quality are stable, which can be used as adsorption material. More important, expanded tobacco stems made from stems of different origin, texture and year according to this method have uniform odor component, which can not be acquired by other expansion technologies. This technology has met the requirement for product fabrication.
