摘要： A poultry pulverizer comprises a portable framework with a vertically oriented hopper secured thereto having an open top end and a lower end. A horizontally disposed shear wheel is positioned at the lower end of the hopper where it forms a bottom wall. The shear wheel has a downwardly extending vertical shaft journaled to the framework for rotation by a motivator that rotates the shaft and in turn the shear wheel. At least one cutter blade mounted on an upper surface of the shear wheel has a slightly raised cutting edge. A stationary anvil bar connected to and extending across the lower end of the hopper has an adjustable height slightly above the cutting edge of the cutter blade whereby poultry introduced into the hopper through the open top end drops by gravity to the lower end where it is pulverized by the shearing action of the rotating cutter blade and the stationary anvil bar. The pulverized poultry is discharged from the hopper through an opening in the shear wheel located adjacent to the cutter blade.

摘要： The present disclosure relates, according to some embodiments, to methods for recovering multiple products from industrial-scale production of a biomass of an aquatic species. Specifically, the present disclosure relates, in some embodiments, to methods for cultivating Lemna for extracting a protein concentrate, a biocrude, and/or a carbohydrate-rich meal. In some embodiments, a process of recovering at least one product from biomass of an aquatic species may comprise: lysing a biomass to generate a lysed biomass; separating the lysed biomass to generate a juice and a first solid phase; filtering the juice to generate a filtered juice and a second solid phase; clarifying at least one juice to generate a clarified juice and a third solid phase, wherein the clarified juice comprises a soluble protein; coagulating the soluble protein from the clarified juice to generate a liquor comprising a wet protein concentrate; and separating the wet protein concentrate from the liquor.

摘要： The invention relates to a method of producing a foamed meat product, comprising the steps of: feeding a pumpable raw material containing comminuted meat or fish and strand-like connective tissue components to a dispersing apparatus with a chamber with a cylindrical rotor arranged therein, which is provided, on its circumference, with a number of cavities to create cavitation, feeding a gas to the dispersing apparatus and operating the dispersing apparatus while creating cavitation and dispersing the gas supplied, in the process of which the sinews or ligaments are passed through the chamber, and creating a foamed meat or fish product containing strand-like connective tissue components, which can be sterilised.

Mixing paddles are fixed on the vertical axis (8). On the top portion of the cylindrical structure (1) is a product-input-sluice gate (5) and a chopper (6). On a bottom portion of the cylindrical structure (1) is an output-sluicegate (9) and a tilted cylindrical equalizing vat (10), which is filled with molten hot fat. Inside the vat there is a helicord conveyor (17) and, next to the highest end thereof, there is an output-sluicegate (11) and an exhaust pipe for excess fat (18). Inside each stage there is a gas exhaust pipe (16), for gases collected by the gas-output-pipe (4).
