摘要： The present invention relates to a clipping machine for producing sausage-shaped products, like sausages, by filling a tubular or bag-shaped packaging casing with filling material and closing said filled tubular or bag-shaped packaging casing. The clipping machine includes a filling tube through which the filling material is fed into said tubular or bag-shaped packaging casing which is stored on said filling tube, a casing brake assembly arranged on the filling tube for limiting the movement of the tubular packaging casing at least while being filled, gathering means for gathering said filled tubular packaging casing and for forming a plait-like portion thereto, and a clipping device for applying at least one closure means, like a closure clip, to the plait-like portion formed on the filled tubular or bag-shaped packaging casing in a closing region. The clipping machine further comprises a housing defining at least a front wall, a rear wall, and two side walls of the clipping machine, for enclosing at least the clipping device and the gathering means. The housing includes at least one housing element arranged in the front wall of the housing for covering at least the closing region, wherein the at least one housing element is coupled to the clipping machine by a linking device including a shifting mechanism for reversibly shifting the housing element relative to the clipping machine, in a shifting direction, for granting access to the closing region of the clipping machine.

The portioning and packaging apparatus has a conveyor device for filling material which has a pump for producing a continuous volume flow, a filling tube which is connected to the conveyor device and which provides a supply of a tubular packaging case such that it can be pulled off the filling tube with the filling material which is expelled through the filling tube, a closure device which is arranged downstream of the filling tube and which locally constricts the filled packaging case to provide a tube end plait portion during the filling operation and closes a closure element around the tube end plait portion. The closure device also has a control device which produces a control signal for the constriction and closure operations on the basis of a selected portion size and the continuous volume flow and outputs it to a drive of the closure device.

The recess in which the tie is located is formed by softening the tube by heating, for example, with warm air, infrared radiation, ultrasonic means, by previously heating the tie filament, or by treating the film material with solvents or softening agents. Apparatus is disclosed for carrying out the process.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for closing the end of shirred tubular casings which comprises deshirring a terminal portion of the tubular casing in the direction of the axis of the stick, turning over the deshirred terminal portion in order to insert same inside the casing, securing the deshirred terminal portion from inside the casing, rotating the terminal portion and flattening the rotated terminal portion.This method is performed at the outlet of the shirring line (ON-LINE) as an additional phase of said operation, or it is performed away from the deshirring line (OFF-LINE) as an operation independent from the deshirring.
