摘要： The invention relates to the food industry. A method includes generating, via a server of a system, a selected order for processing by a control computer, as a result of which the necessary food base, which is located in a refrigerating unit, is sent to a first transport device where specific food ingredients are added in a prescribed manner, said ingredients being released from containers mounted above the first transport device. After this, the partially finished product is transferred to a second transport device, and, while moving along it, is baked to a finished condition in a baking unit. Then the baked product is transferred to a packaging sub-system which is connected to a sub-system for temporary storage and dispensing of the finished and packaged product.

摘要： A bun separator separates pre-sliced buns into portions. A bun feeder receives a pre-sliced bun having a plurality of portions and moves the pre-sliced bun along a first feed path. An obstruction is arranged relative to the first feed path and engages at least one portion of the plurality of portions of the pre-sliced bun. An actuator operates to selectively engage at least one portion of the plurality of portions of the pre-sliced bun against the obstruction to separate the least one portion of the pre-sliced bun and transfer the at least one portion to a second feed path.

The portioning device comprises a handle section that is configured to be manipulated by a user, a leg section and a blade. The handle section includes an arm configured to receive a leg, a sleeve configured to slide over a portion of the arm, and an arm connector pivotally coupled to the arm. The leg section is configured to support the portioning device on a surface. The leg section includes a blade holder configured to hold an end of a blade portion, and a leg lock configured to adjustably lock the leg in a position. The blade is configured to cut an object.

摘要： The food material cutter of the present invention has a feeding port for feeding a doughnut, titled plates and guiding plates for guiding the fed doughnut, and rotary blades for slicing the guided doughnut in half in the thickness direction. The link mechanism causes the tilt angles of the tilted plates to be increased due to the own weight of the doughnut, and causes the guiding plates to move by an equal distance from the center of the clearance between the respective guiding plates while matching with the thickness of the doughnut. The doughnut-is guided by the titled plates and guiding plates, and falls down to the palette in a state where it is sliced in half in the thickness direction.

摘要： The present disclosure describes an ultrasonic rotary molding system that is used to form edible compositions or food products as they move along a conveyor belt. The food products are formed by an ultrasonic rotary wheel that includes one or more cutting tools that cut, and perhaps three dimensionally mold, food product strips. The system may include a movable backing plate that is located below the point where the ultrasonic rotary wheel cuts the food product strips. The movable backing plate may be spring loaded and it may exert force upwards against the conveyor belt and in turn against the food product.

摘要： A container or pan for producing predetermined food portions is disclosed. Indicia are formed on the container at selected intervals adjacent an outer peripheral edge. A cutting blade is provided having a length substantially equivalent to a length, or a width, or a diameter of the container; or to a distance between a pair of cooperating indicia. The cutting blade is adapted to extend from the indicia on one side of the container to the indicia on another side of the container. The cutting member is placed in alignment with the respective indicia and then forced downwardly through the food. The indicia provide a guide to readily align the cutting blade for cutting the food into selected sized portions without having to measure and mark the food prior to cutting.

Both iterations involve using string to cut the cake, as opposed to a knife, and both are disposable and can be built into the cakeboard itself. The circular cake cutter is made with a center pivoting ring with a string strung through the center, designed to cut the cake into slices. The rectangular iteration involves dowels with strings that can be cut off depending on personal preference of the size of the piece of cake.

The cutting wheels are spaced such that the centers are a predetermined distance apart equal to one half of the length of the food item to be cut. By positioning one wheel in the center of the pizza and one wheel at the edge of the pizza, a complete cut of the pizza may be made by moving the cutter one half of the span of the pizza. The cutter in this position may be used with the lower arm of the user substantially vertical wherein the shoulder and body weight of the cutter may be used directly to press down on the cutter. The cutter may also be used in a vertical position using a single cutting wheel. In either position, the cutter provides improve ergonomics.
