摘要： Personalized cancer vaccines are created by predicting whether a first neoantigen or a second neoantigen of an individual cancer patient has a stronger binding affinity for a human leukocyte antigen (HLA) complex of the patient and creating a particle containing the neoantigen with the stronger predicted binding affinity. Such a predicting step includes artificial intelligence, statistical modeling, or a combination thereof. Such a particle is created by encapsulating the neoantigen with the stronger predicted binding affinity for the HLA complex of the patient in a material. Placing the antigen in a particular sized particle is referred to here as Size Exclusion Antigen Presentation Control, (SEAPAC) used in methods of treating the patient using such a personalized cancer vaccine.

摘要： An aqueous, antiseptic, iodophor solution is provided containing iodine, a water soluble iodide salt or hydriotic acid, polyvinyl alcohol and boric acid. The iodophor solution may be employed to sterilize a broad range of animate and inanimate objects, including contact lenses. Additionally, the iodophor solution, or similar iodophor solutions which do not contain boric acid, may be employed in visual temperature sensing devices. The visual temperature sensing devices comprise a transparent vessel containing the iodophor solution. Also disclosed is an aqueous solution for dissipating, at a controlled rate, available iodine contained in an iodophor. The aqueous dissipating solution contains sorbic acid or soluble salts thereof and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid or soluble salts thereof.

摘要： Plastic articles are cleaned by successively immersing them in two aqueous solutions, with each solution containing an active oxygen yielding per compound and preferably a chelating agent. One of the solutions is formulated to be acidic and the other is formulated to be basic. After the article is removed from the last solution, it is treated with a non-ionic cleaner and then rinsed with water. The method produces a remarkable cleaning and bleaching action on dirty, discolored plastic compositions. This is particularly apparent when the method is applied to contact lenses.

摘要： A stable liquid concentrate comprises about 0.1-50% of an active oxygen yielding compound, about 0.5-50% of a sulfobetaine or betaine surfactant, about 1-50% of a nonionic polyoxyethylenepolyoxypropylene block copolymer surfactant, and 10-80% water. The concentrate exhibits a loss of active oxygen of as little as 6.7% after 675 days and has utility as a bleaching and cleaning composition. The composition can be diluted with pure or ordinary tap water.
