摘要： An armature core includes a core portion formed of a lamination of plural non-crystalline metallic foil bands, wherein the armature core is provided with at least two cut surfaces with respect to the lamination layers. Amorphous metal is used as the iron base of the non-crystalline metallic foil bands. The cut surfaces are perpendicular to the lamination layers of the non-crystalline foil bands. Still further, the stator includes a stator core holding member in a disc form, the stator having a plurality of holes or recessions that are substantially in the same shape as a cross-sectional shape of the stator cores and wherein the stator cores are inserted in the holes or recessions of the stator core holding member and held by fixing in vicinities of respective central portions thereof, the central portions being with respect to the axial direction thereof.

摘要： A mold for producing an anisotropic magnet from a composition essentially consisting of magnetic powder and a binder, a mold body, a cavity for molding the composition in the presence of an anisotropically oriented magnetic field produced by a plurality of first magnets for providing magnetic fluxes for the magnetic field in the cavity, yokes, each provided between the cavity and the first magnets, and second magnets provided on both circumferential sides of the yokes for preventing the leakage of the magnetic fluxes. The first and second magnets are made of permanent magnets such as rare earth cobalt magnets. The mold may be provided at both ends with third magnets for preventing the axial leakage of the magnetic flux from the axial ends of the yokes. Two or more molds may be combined in a single molding apparatus while sharing the first magnets. This mold is suitable for the injection, extrusion or insert molding of bonded magnet rolls, motor rotors, etc.

摘要： This invention provides a soft magnetic yoke-integrated bonded magnet in which a soft magnetic yoke has been integrally compression molded in such a state that the soft magnetic yoke is engaged in a joined face formed by bringing a binding material-containing magnetic powder into contact with a binding material-containing soft magnetic powder. The soft magnetic yoke part and the bonded magnetic part are constructed so that, when the soft magnetic yoke part and the bonded magnet part are compression molded separately from each other, the spring back level is identical upon the release of the compression force.

摘要： A magnetically anisotropic R-T-B magnet having crystal grains having aspect ratios of 2 or more and showing a substantially uniform maximum energy product distribution is produced by (a) rapidly quenching an alloy melt; (b) finely pulverizing the rapidly quenched alloy to provide magnetic powder; (c) mixing the magnetic powder with a carbon-containing additive; (d) coating the resulting mixture with a protective layer of a first lubricant such as BN substantially unreactive with the alloy components; (e) compressing it; (f) further coating the resulting compressed body with a second lubricant such as graphite or graphite+glass; and (g) further compressing it.

摘要： Anisotropic hot-worked permanent magnets are made from an R-T-B alloyed powder to which is added a combination internal lubricant including a carbon-based material such as graphite and a glass material such as glass from the B.sub.2 O.sub.3 --SiO.sub.2 --BiO.sub.3 glass system. The internal lubricant provides improved formability during the hot-working step, such as die-upsetting, and provides finished magnet products wherein the individual grains are more uniformly plastically deformed throughout the product.
