    • A portable device and a task processing method and apparatus for the portable device are provided. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining task requirement information of a user; determining, from a first system and a second system, an execution system for responding to a system task corresponding to the task requirement information based on a predetermined policy; and transmitting the task requirement information to the execution system such that the execution system can execute the system task based on the task requirement information. With the present invention, it is possible to automatically determine, based on the task requirement information, an execution system for executing a system task corresponding to the task requirement information, such that the user operation can be facilitated.

    • The present invention provides a mobile computation device and a data packet reception method thereof. The mobile computation device comprising a network communication module and a mobile computation unit, wherein the mobile computation device has a power supply for supplying power to the network communication module when the mobile computation device is in a power-off status, so that the network communication module receives a data packet from a network when the mobile computation device is in a power-off status. The method comprises sending an instruction of initiating downloading of communication content upon the reception of the data packet from the network, powering on relevant hardware necessary for the downloading of the communication content, initializing the relevant hardware and starting software corresponding to the downloading of the communication content, and downloading communication content needed to be downloaded from the network to a local harddisk. The present invention enables real time reception of communication service, fast power-on and automatic power-off of the device and reduction in power consumption.

    • The present invention provides two methods for diverting call. The key point is that call diverting information including a number to be called is transmitted when there is an incoming call or a conversation is being conducted and then a party receiving the call diverting information initiates a call to a terminal to which the number to be called directs, so that the call is diverted. Further, the present invention provides two phone terminals. By virtual of the present invention, it is possible for a user to select any terminal to receive a call, and such selection may be made before or during the phone conversation. Moreover, since it is unnecessary to use exiting call diverting methods, it is possible for the function which otherwise should be implemented at the switch side to be easily implemented on a terminal, and thus the cost of call diverting is saved. The present invention is easy to be deployed. According to the present invention, missing of calls will not occur, and it is easy to accomplish timed calling back. Further, the present invention only relates to terminals to which it is applied, and needs no support from operators.
