摘要： Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for allocating an edge frequency band resource, and a base station. The method may include obtaining, through message interaction, usage information about an edge frequency band resource block of an adjacent mode; according to the usage information about the edge frequency band resource block of the adjacent mode and a characteristic resource block, determining an available edge frequency band resource block that is of the current mode and in a next adjustment period; and in the next adjustment period, allocating a determined available edge frequency band resource block of the current mode to each cell that is corresponding to the current mode.

摘要： An apparatus comprises an implantable cardiac signal sensing circuit configured to provide a sensed depolarization signal from a ventricle and a processor. The processor includes a signal analyzer module and a tachyarrhythmia discrimination module. The signal analyzer module is configured to determine a measure of stability of ventricular (V-V) depolarization intervals using the depolarization signal, and determine a rate of change of the measure of stability. The tachyarrhythmia discrimination module is configured to detect an episode of tachyarrhythmia using the depolarization signal, determine whether the detected tachyarrhythmia is indicative of atrial tachyarrhythmia using the determined rate of change, and provide the determination to a user or process.

摘要： An implantable medical device includes a tachyarrhythmia detection and classification system that classifies tachyarrhythmias based on a morphological analysis of template and arrhythmic waveforms. The morphological analysis takes effect of heart rate on the morphological characteristics of the template and arrhythmic waveforms into consideration. Correlation between morphological features of the template waveform and corresponding morphological features of an arrhythmic waveform provides for the basis for classifying the tachyarrhythmia. In one embodiment, corresponding morphological features are extracted from the template and arrhythmic waveforms at locations determined by the heart rate associated with a detected arrhythmia episode. In another embodiment, weighting factors each being a function of the heart rate are applied to the template and arrhythmic morphological features before a correlation coefficient is calculated.

The cardiac signal sensing circuit is configured to sense a cardiac signal segment using a set of electrodes connectable to the cardiac signal sensing circuit. The peak detector circuit is configured to identify, in the cardiac signal segment, a fiducial indicative of ventricular activation that is local to at least one electrode of the first set of electrodes. The fiducial includes a first large positive or negative peak greater than a specified percentage of a maximum peak of the first cardiac signal segment. The processor circuit is configured to provide an indication of local ventricular activation to at least one of a user or process.
